Images posted on the Telegram account of the press-service of Concord -a company linked to the chief of Russian mercenary group Wagner, Yevgeny Prigozhin- purport to show Prigozhin visiting a hospital where he talks to a man allegedly wounded during combat and wearing what appears to be an exoskeleton. Wagner mercenaries have been largely involved in Russia's offensive in Ukraine, notably during heavy combat near the eastern Ukrainian town of Soledar which Russia has been trying to capture for months.

You can always tell when Russia is taking huge amounts of casualties when they claim they are causing large numbers of casualties to Ukraine, flipping the script is the oldest form of Russian propaganda. Ukraine is losing a lot of men but nowhere near the scale as Russia because they are in fortified bunkers and Russians are charging across open fields in human wave attacks against these bunkers and they are dying in droves, plenty of drone videos out there showing dozens of dead Russians strewn all over these fields in various stages of decomposition.

I'm an American but I'll celebrate like I'm a Ukrainian if/when that happens. I would think taking out Prigozhin is very doable, even without ATACMS. It's more about Intel - knowing where he is and when he's going to be there. With the way Wagner soldiers are being treated, I would think the Ukrainians are placing assets among their ranks, possibly even among Wagner leaders. After all, the Ukrainians have lots of funding for that kind of thing from the CIA/Pentagon. NSA satellites would do the rest up to the moment a HIMARS or killer drone is launched.

Russian power politics is so complex and unstable that even of we were CIA agents instead of ordinary people knocking around ideas on RU-vid we'd only be helping the Ukrainians by adding to the Russian's own confusion and distrust of each other. Putin's former speechwriter foresees a possible coup d'etat in a year if the Russian economy and military fortunes in Ukraine keep deteriorating (which they will). You better believe the FSB knows that better than anyone else - they're likely to eventually benefit and so join in on a conspiracy.

Prigozhin is a master of social media. He is connecting to average Russian far better than Putin or the rest of the military. However he is a stonecold character that would easily send the wounded back in to die.
