I found a pack at the chefs store for 25% off didn’t know what they were at first. They’re my new favorite beef cut by a mile. Love filet but they’re just as tender with a better flavor
For 8 minutes cooking it's really not even worth firing up the charcoal grill for, right? Easier to sear those in a cast iron skilllet and let your rub seasoning magic follow through with some awesome flavoring to be remembered by all... !
