when you buy plot or house first thing you see is whos the owner of that society, what projects he has done and how well he has delivered in previous projects. peoples living in wah model town phase 1 and phase 2 are still waiting for the Roads to be build/Repair , there is still no street lights on main roads, most funny thing main gate still missing ,No security or cctv cameras installed on entrance, No Cleaning management at all......? this is the main reason peoples are selling there houses and moving to nearby projects and this is the only reason wah model town phase 3 is not able to sale plots and peoples are not building any houses, Wah Model Town management has still time in their hands and they can change the mindset by delivering the basic things which are still missing in Wah model town phase 1 and phase 2
