Just bought a pair and they were in a new box but already had seen use as there was hair on the scissors and clippers . I took them back , this hard to believe they would do such a thing .
I have used wahl clipper since my parents cut my hair when I was a child . that is over 60 years! Still runing. I did recently buy a new clipper in case the old one dies in the middle of a hair cut.
Hahaha... "So conveniently I have got a pair of scissors here"... Its by the way not to open packagings... Rather I think 🤔 to cut hair.... Just noticed so cool u said... And made me BUST OUT OF LAUGH... Hope some one else also have noticed... 😉 😂😂🤣🤣
I've always had these, and the first thing that goes, actually the only thing that ever goes bad on these is the adjustment lever. They just don't hold position after 10-15 uses, which makes for a bad fade as the vibrations make it go to its shortest length while using it. So I just end up holding the lever when cutting. Will I get another, yeah, probably. Didn't know about how good their warranty is.
@@ramsesclviii2584 Yes, there is little screw in the side where you can tighten it, but its all the way tight already. I was going to take the screw out and try one slightly longer. Just a hassle. If I had time, I'd fiddle with it more.
I have a rechargeable Wahl trimmer and like it quite a bit. Now mine doesn't have the color-coded parts, and I could see that being handy. My rechargeable gets used at least weekly, and it's been going on two years plus.
I have had a professional Wahl for over 10 yrs.The motor broke just sent mine back with the date and place of purchase and a new one arrived 2 weeks later. They stand behind there products still using one today.great job keep the videos comming.
Waste of time spoke little of clipper capabilities for guys who cut their own hair etc... ...do they cut hair well???? don't care about a cord comparison with a hand sander LOL
I’m switching cases. I’ve had one for 12 years and I dropped it from 5ft and it was hurting. Thankfully I had bought this new one a few months ago so I was able to finish cutting my hair. Very good products.
So, I lost one of the two small screws that holds the blade in. It's a short fat screw that looks like it has 4 or 5 threads. Can you buy replacement screws online or is your best bet to take it to a local hardware store to find a replacement?
Inside of these there are 2 small clips that are screwed into place, one of mine has broke. The blade is unusable as it moves, what are the small clips called and where can I get a replacement? Thank you.
@@CatusMaximus are the blades interchangeable between the chrome pro, clip and trim, and color pro? I've got 3 wahl clippers, and they've lasted forever. Just learned how to sharpen the blades, and I want to use the sharpest blades with my newest set of clippers. Please help
Jeez - more than 2.5 minutes and this guys says absolutely nothing of value regarding the product. Talks as if he's lecturing children. Do not waste your time.
how much is this in the usa? And also the cordless 5 star magic clip? In the Philippines its like 80 bucks too expensive for a non professional grade clipper.
It is a good quality hair clipper however it is not industrially rated for all day use in a barber shop they have much more expensive models for that. This unit gives you a professional grade performance but just can't dissipate the Heat under long-term continuous use like the commercial units
I have the exact kit. It's been pretty good so far. I haven't exactly taken the best care of it too. When I'm done using it, I usually stick the head or blade end under running water to flush out all the debris. I'm sure your not supposed to do that. But like I said, it doesn't seem to mind. Still cuts relatively smoothly. I do dry it off pretty quickly and give it a squirt of baby oil afterwards...
I vacuum the head after each use and disassemble the blades after five or so haircuts. You'd be surprised at the glob of mineral oil soaked hair that accumulates under the blades. It doesn't seem to affect it's functioning but I pick the packed hair out with a toothpick.
