To me Wahl and Andis had their time to Shine ✨and they did it for a good time . But in this Industry the truth is the truth We are living in a new Modern Era , Now we have other Companies that are delivering what Barbers need and want [ BETTER RUN TIME , BETTER BLADES , LIGHTER CLIPPER , MORE POWER , AND A BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. ]
It sounds like the 3 Wahl clippers are good for someone like me who cut their hair at home. The run time is not an issue for me compared to a professional barber that cut so much hair in a day.
All wahl need to do is include their charging dock cause the run time doesn't really matter cause u must put down ur clipper not like u using it to line up but one thing I'm certain of with wahl dey clippers last for years
Might not be Wahl’s top of the line, but it’s the best cordless clipper (with guards) at that $120 price point though! Wahl brought them out because people wanted them. They obviously can’t make them better than Seniors, but I agree they should have some something to make them more interesting. I was hoping Wahl would have tried a cordless magnetic motor in them.
I think just including the charging dock would be a good upgrade as I never get through a whole day on a single charge especially after the battery gets older.
I love my JRL 2020s (C & T). Babyliss, Gamma /SC and JRL are the companies pushing the industry forward. I just feel that Andis and Wahl are just living from their Rep. No new blade technology, no new battery run times, no new advance guards, just the same old corded clippers turned to cordless.
You're right about consumers getting excited about the extras because I pre-ordered the rebel and they sent a magnetic charge cord and I felt like a kid at Christmas when I saw it.

Just buy something like the mythic, sabers, calibers, jrls... The only thing I can recommend from andis is the supra, but even then oster do the same thing. Wahl are all the same thing.
Since it opens to a 1 do you not need or use the 1/2 guard? Asking because I was hoping with the Legend’s longer blade that extends to a 1 I would be able to eliminate the use of the 1/2 guard in my fades. Do you find yourself still reaching for the 1/2 guard when using it or no?
Reggie they came out with a a more powerful..more quiet...longer lasting wahl senior. It's its known to be one the of the best and it's less expensive...only thing is it comes with a cord.
This crazy part is it cost more to make a corded clipper then a cordless clipper but the price is triple .!!!!! High demand ppl pay wt ever which is good for company bad for the barber's. These prices are a bit ridiculous I'm clipper junky but no dummie..... You can buy everything on line to build your own clipper which is crazy ASF simple i like too build i know how to solder i know enough electronics to get buy i enjoy it im going too start messing around and see what I can come up with !!!!! Reggie I got a disagrees sound like the blade is a little different and there’s more runtime on the clipper with a charging station and I don’t think you should have an issue with the clipper died
I mentioned the blade being different and yes it is longer runtime but only a few extra minutes. And yes with a charging stand you will be good and won’t have to worry about them dying but that’s missing the point I am trying to make. But yes these are still good clippers but…🤷🏾♂️
I think that's the problem we still buying the same product and supporting the company that doesn't innovated at all. Just stop buying Andis and Wahl and support the ones that care about barber Caliber, Gamma

I will say that I got clippers like JRL , CALIBER, GAMMA, ANDIS and in my opinion wahl is the best of the best in power in fade it in detail it bro that is my opinion...
By no means is this a bad clipper and Wahl is still top when it comes to certain things. I just save releasing this with the hype it just don’t live up to it. It’s the same clipper…Great Clipper but the same

couldn't agree more!! 100% wahl been favorite company! and I still luv there reliable, warranty etc but I never buy wahl again unless they do something different..they making money on home product so they don't care shit barbers should send wahl strong message and boycotts their product
JRL, GAMMA/SC, BABLISS and CALIBER offer way much more than Wahl and Andis. Andis is so EXPENSIVE! yet so limited in what they offer. Wahl is always the same clipper just different cover and name LOL!
Surker clippers from Amazon. Feel just as nice and well made as the seniors and cuts better than the wahl magic clip...did I mention they were 40 bucks too.
Wahl and Andis are dead to me far as cordless goes. I have my corded masters and seniors and I love them but cordless is the way to go. Years back when I started looking for cordless it was much of a choice available. Bought the cordless Andis envy and hated it. Should have just coped the magic clip instead. Run time on all of them was a turn off. Then these magical clippers started coming out with 3, 4 and even five hrs of run time and I'm hooked. Caliber and Style Craft are my homies now. THE KINGS ARE DEAD, LONG LIVE THE KINGS!!!!!

I’ve had one for about A month now. Soon as I turn the clipper on I was disappointed. The least they could’ve done, was put the same motor in as the Sr. Like you said, the clipper does it’s job. But there’s nothing special about it. If you have a magic clip, or a senior. Absolutely no need to buy this product. They definitely drop the ball on this one. They could’ve made a huge impact with this clipper.🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
