Wahoo Towers! {Catch & Cook} in the Bermuda Triangle

We just did a charter with Hakuna Matata 2 days ago. They are the real deal and absolutely crushed the fishing. We filled the cooler in 3 hours. It is a must do if you are in Bermuda.

The Difference Between Black Versus White Sesame Seeds Black sesame seeds have a deeper color and almost always have the hull on. White sesame seeds have their hulls removed and reveal the inner white part of the seed. Removing the hull not only changes the color it also changes the nutritional value.

The darker Sesame seed you have leads to more nut favor of the food that you eat, it's like brewing beer, the more darker malts the more nut flavor you will have in beer. Yes I have a brew masters degree from UC Davis in 1978, so I know about flavor compounds in food. Thanks for asking.

I went on my first ocean fishing charter last week. It was lots of fun but because of 6 foot seas, we spent most of our time trolling the bay. We got a couple of Bonito but mostly blue runners to use for bait. We'll have to go again to catch something bigger.

Kelly, I use a fish, whacker, three taps, and they are all systems off.

If ya get a chance to try it, Yuzu is amazing for that kind of thing. It's what's SUPPOSED to be in ponzu, but here in the States I don't think it usually is. Probably lemon juice. Yuzu is like a lemon, tangerine, and grapefruit had a baby. Super good.

Yep! We anglers know the drill with certain conditions. I once caught a 7 pound bass in the middle of winter with 20 + mile wind and snowing. Frustrated, as I was walking fast along the banks I cast out my bait caster and 3/8 spinner while I was still walking and as soon as it hit the water, the bass locked on and my frustration immediately turned to joy.....
