I've been working on getting up earlier in the morning & am going to test out a longer walking video mapping out different routes around Waikiki. Glad you can virtually walk the area with me! The weather has been so rainy/gloomy lately. This week, I've got 2 new routes in mind. I like listening to background sounds when I'm working or editing. Still keeping my normal weekly content - and now just ADDING more ASMR-style / non-narrated walking routes!🌺

I remember the drizzles when we were there last February. I’d tell my wife that I can now empathize with vegetables at the grocery store with the periodic mist they receive. Love the Waikiki Now videos!

This is so helpful. We'll be there in less than a month and staying at the Sheraton Princess. Our son has told us about the periodic rain. I have a hat, and if I really need an umbrella, I will stop in an ABC store to get one. I plan on printing out the planner to write in our activities because I am visual and prefer this method. Thank you for your videos keeping it "real".

Another fantastic video! Always fun, interesting and enjoyable. II remember walking Kalakaua Ave with my wife and daughter one morning while it was raining similar to what you went through in this video. I told them I now knew what clothes felt like in the rinse cycle in the washing machine, lol. A rainy day in Hawaii is better than a sunny day almost anywhere else. Riiiight!? I've told visitors that before on my 1:1 Vacation Planning calls and this video shows it perfectly! 🌺 Literally within 5-minutes the rain started pouring then stopped... then started up and stopped again ☔️

I always enjoyed the rain while visiting Hawaii. It was the first time I saw it raining with the sun out. We were told it's called "liquid sunshine"

Rainy day sounds are my favorite. I filmed one walking video and the mic I used picked up all the raindrop sounds on my umbrella too.
