I enjoyed this walk. This is the first time I was able to walk so long on my treadmill thanks to you. The scenery, hearing the waves splash and actually feeling as if I was the one who was walking I found myself nodding my head to those who passed by and laughed to myself. And the ending of the walk was perfection.

My daughter lived on Maui for 6 years and I never visited. This walk was incredibly beautiful and just what I was looking for. I use a walking pad in my home office while I work but I enjoy just walking at a brisk pace for mental breaks. Thank you for recording and posting this,

Thank you! Your camera is so clear and steady. I always look for the tree photographed and posted by many at 18:11 and again 28:30. In 1995 I first stopped to admire this tree and its magnificent location. I relive my walks through your video along that path throughout 25 years.

Great! Running on my threadmill, but feeling like in paradise. Instead of boring news in TV, having an outtime in nature. Virtual, but with my fan it feels a bit like! Thx a lot for that. Will using it again for feeling like in a short weekend vacation...

Beautiful! I have done this walk about 500 times and this year not able to go due to COVID. I loved walking to this on my treadmill this morning.I even recognized some of the locals walking the path. Next time I will wear headphones to enjoy the sounds of the waves and birds. Absolutely perfect way to distress. Thanks so much for sharing.

Way cool. I haven't seen that stretch of beach in a long time. That walkway (1:38 through 2:38) sure brought back some memories though. I was the project manager for the company that built the short walkway with the cable rails and turned posts. It was a very controversial project at the time, and we met with a LOT of local resistance. It is good to see it has survived. At the time it was built, it was in front of Stoffers of Wailea, which has since changed hands I imagine. I also worked on the Palms of Wailea, just up the hill from there, during its first phase of construction. The whole area east along the beach is sure full now. It was about empty when I lived there.

What a great idea to film this area while walking. I've been going to Maui every year for the last 15 years and stay in south Kihei. I do a power walk from Kihei Surfside to the Fairmont - takes about 1.20 minutes back and forth. I was just there in Dec, and miss it already! But thanks to you I can revisit it anytime!

at exactly 33:21 on the bottom left hand corner this video. there is just a short flash of my daughter sitting on the edge of the grass/beach. she has a hat,purple hair,purple shirt and red shorts. behind her is a light blue bucket and a blue wall mart bag on its side. she watching me and my grandson (can't see) unburied Treasure I had buried 😉 me and my family stayed at the grandWailea September 3rd through the 9th. we were out there every morning so I knew one of us had to be in this video 😊😊 lol small world 😊
