Okay, great talk, however, there is so much evil in the communities that she can condemn, like breaking homes, killers, conmen, etc Concentrating so much energy on that woman who changed her accent, kumwaniika saana, just because ya accent and her own accent has actually changed in some areas is pure tyranny. Also some kenyan providers treat caregivers as they would in kenya,...yet in america,.. Bully and bossy providers full of pride,..proud and none listening caregivers full of jealous,.. I recommend keeping professional relationships,...report to work on time,ask for day offs on time..Follow care plan,.. Those are key elements on this job

Totally understand there must be guidelines for work ethics however, the lady is a entrepreneur however she seems to forgot where God got her from .Employee should be trained appropriately and rules & regulations set prior to working together. Otherwise singling certain people ain’t cutting.

Some Kenyans wameharibu i think wairimu wa kimani is the 6th person nimesikia akisema.Pia ni Texas in some hospitals wanakataa nurses from Kenya coz wanakataa kumaliza contracts zao esp wenye wanakuja na Agencies......Soon or Later this Agencies will stop taking Kenyan nurses coz of the bad reputation.

@Lizndungu6769 True, I totally agree with you. I know a lady RN who got a contract RN job in Tennessee for two years but after 3 months she quit and went back to Portland. Now she is paying money back. She is very lazy, never stays in one place as an RN for long. So Pathetic. Some Kenyans want easy work where they will not get tired and get paid for doing nothing.
