Have about 5 hours in. It does run well and is pretty fun. There are a few maps with spawn issues. Couple times i have been killed then pop up right behind the guy who killed me or vice versa. The bacta medic is so broken lol. Ive had a whole team on my ass and with invincible roll and quick heals, heal ultimate i can be the most annoying player to kill. Her gun crits high as well if you can land headshots. But if you're up against the same hero its a never ending fight. Main complaint, you unlock a ton of stuff then have to dig through different menus to find the claim reward tab. Theres like 5 reward categories, player, season, arena, quests and event and all in different places. Main screen just needs a reward feed where you can quickly claim everything. And yes for your first 10ish battle its bots. Easy to tell because they will auto run into the starting gate right corner. After you do said battles and complete quests you will start to get players in.
You can look at the basic avatar icons too, that they're bots. Medic isn't broken. You still need to tag along with a heavy. Very, very hard to solo with the Rebel medic.
@@epiclight858 My bad didn't mean to say she's gonna top the charts or is a good ranged character. She's probably the lowest in that regard, although I have seen her top of the scoreboard a few times. But her survivability is crazy high with heals and invincible rolls if you go after her. Depends on who you're using but I have given up trying to get her on several occasions because it's just not gonna happen, have to catch her with an ultimate.

Hit level 25, unlocked a ton of stuff including all hunters except the mando and mon cal kid. All without spending a dime. The UI stinks (and tries to trick you into accidental purchases now and then) but omg is it fun --- friending up with really good team players is key. Yeah you fight bots for a few matches as part of the live tutorial - its over very quickly. You leap very quickly into balanced online matches with real people as soon as you unlock events and ranked matches. Honestly the bots are not a bad idea because each hunter takes a little time to master and new players will be hard pressed to learn quickly if they are constantly being taken out by other more experienced players. The bots mean training without a formal training mode, build confidence and are over quickly. I feel like TONS OF NERFS are in store, so many characters are OP --- but I'll say I feel there is really good balance, especially among ranged fighters. Just play smart --- focus on objective, focus on healing if you are support, and don't try doing it alone if you are a tank. Definitely tweak the settings, especially on Switch, to whatever works best for you.
Dude this is so fun and somehow I already mastered the arts of the empire killing everyone in my path! And I gotta say if your new to this game, play sentinel he is the best character in the game! He just shreds everyone in his path! But most importantly, have fun!
The player Pace seems to be pretty decent size to me. You just have to level up a little bit more. I think you get matched with a bunch of bots at the beginning, but once you get to the point where the goal is 25 kills or you unlock domination, it's typically when you start playing against decent players. That can hold their own. I won like the first 12 games in a row and then I started playing against real people and it got a lot harder
I love the way you ended the video gave me a good laugh it seemed unexpected I think there are Bots but only in casual I think because it takes me a minute to find games sometimes so I think you're playing with a real players this game is really good and it's not pay to win so I'll definitely be supporting them if I can continue to play
The first like 10 matches are full of bots to just ease you into the game....trust me once you get out of the new player game experience the difficulty picks up a little bit. Not sure how you weren't able to pick up on the bots
I think people said you get bots for a little while then there’s real people in the game and it gets much more difficult. I do see it probably being a younger audience though so maybe still not crazy hard
Trust me... It gets hard lol, shooters are always sweaty and this is not exception!... You just have to level up and then youll start playing against real people... The beggining hours are against bots!

@@superman1875 lol, I understand... Its pretty chill so far, only a couple of matches where a specific player is clearly better than the rest and wipes the floor with the other team but... Doesnt happen enough to hinder my enjoyment of the game, so far so good
At the start of the game you start with bots until you reach like level 5 I think where there will have real people so yeah. I have played this game and its amazing rank is fun.
Early phase of the game is bots. After that rank is unlocked and the players are very hard. Most of the characters can be unlocked through play. One of the characters is in the battle pass. Companies gotta make money. If you got good skills you can win.
Finally something good from Star Wars a lot better than the woke acolyte show despite a few things there’s way more things I love than hate about this game .
