Except for Earth doesnt have to BE OCCUPIED at a certain point in human advancement it would have grown too big for singular ideologies to keep them captivated. So eventually humanity would need to resort to true communism to make sure it moves forward. Otherwise we will just have planetary wars and destroy ourselves
