Yet another series of Nickelodeon/THQ games I’d love to see remade. Imagine playing these with online multiplayer.

I’m surprised Aang was never playable in any of these games, not even as an optional character like Jenny or Rocko

Interesting story that nobody asked for: My Boy Scout Troop used to have an annual indoor video game camp. Basically we just played video games all weekend and slept on the floor of a log cabin type place at night. Anyhoo, I am a quiet person who has some autism. I played Nicktoons Unite with another kid who was real quiet. We managed to beat the whole game in a few hours. We barely said a word to each other. This game taught me that I can still connect with people and work together even though I'm not great at verbal communication.

Always love how in the first Timmy/Jimmy Power Hour for 90% of the special Jimmy has such a hard time believing the Fairies are real, then you have Nicktoon Unite where he pulls a Human Sized Sentient Yellow Sponge through a dimensional portal (later entering this tiny underwater world himself) and is like "This is fine and makes total sense."

FUN FACT: The main reason why The Fairly OddParents universe didn't appear on the forth game (Globs of Doom) was because by 2008 (The year that game came out) the distribution rights of the show were divided between Nickelodeon and Nelvana. Nickelodeon made a deal with Nelvana to license the international distribution rights of FOP as well as the consumer products rights outside from the US, but Nickelodeon will still having the rights between 2002 to 2007, But starting 2008 the rights were divided, In the US the rights of the entire show are own 100% by Nickelodeon, while in the rest of the world Nelvana has the rights only of Season 1-5 and Nickelodeon has the rights of Season 6-10 and the Jimmy Neutron Crossovers (That's also why in the rest of the world the first 5 seasons of FOP aired on Disney Channel, Jetix or Disney XD and the lastest 5 seasons are aired on Nickelodeon and why in the official merchandise of FOP internationally Timmy has his cap and shirt on purple because that merchandise was lincensed by Nelvana) so is a pretty massed up situation of rights and distribution internationally and that's also why The Fairly OddParents didn't appear on Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl.

I will never forget this. I got a Wii just to play globs of doom. Epic stuff.

I never got why Timmy was absent in Globs of Doom or any Fairly Odd Parents characters for that matter

Never played Nicktoons Unite as a kid, but have many fond memories of playing Battle for Volcano Island. I would love to see a more in-depth video on that game and how fun it was. Love your work as always!

I still have the ds cartridge of nicktoons unite. Loved this game as a kid but the enemies sometimes jumpscared me with their loud sound effects 😂 and the green rat with one eye looked the scariest for me 😨.... it's so weird to be able to talk about this openly which is only possible thx to your videos 😆

Fun fact about Attack of the Toybots: The soundtrack is composed by Doom (2016) and Killer Instinct (2013) composer, Mick Gordon.

This is the one series, that needs a remake. Me and my sisters always play Nicktoons unite, the first was great, Volcano Island was great too.

These games aren’t what I would call great, but I’ll forever love them. Nickelodeon and THQNordic should remake the first one just like SpongeBob SquarePants: BFBB Rehydrated.

Bro, Unite and Volcano Island, were two of my FAVORITE games growing up (that was age-appropriate, anyway). I played the HELL out of both of them, and even still have my old copy of Unite for the PS2! If I still had cords, a controller, and a memory card for my PS2, as well as an HDMI adaptor, I'd ABSOLUTELY play it again! And I'd DEFINITELY track down a copy of Volcano Island so I could play IT again! It was definitely my favorite of the series. Attack of the Toybots was okay, and I never played Globs of Doom. But the first two are SEARED into my memory!!!

It's cause of these games WHY I wanted Timmy Turner & Jimmy Neutron in All-Star Brawl. I miss the old Nicktoon crossover gang :(

HELL YES!! THANK YOU JORDAN!!! Me and my stepbrother used to rent these every weekend from our local Blockbuster or Movie Gallery. Weekends with these games plus pizza were the best.

oh I LOVED Toybots as a kid, and coming back to watching playthroughs of the game made me realize how annoying Tak is. I dont hate him just hes too talky even compared to other characters. But loved they added Gir and Jenny to that game along with Stimpy and Rocko as playable characters. Would die to see these games remastered.

I remember wanting these games so bad as a kid. But I only ever got to play at a friend's house occasionally.

Battle for volcano island was fun as hell I’ve even beaten it multiple times

I remember playing the original Nicktoons Unite for hours on our PS2! But sadly, we ended up selling it at a garage sale years ago. And I can’t seem to find a copy no matter where I go! I’ve wanted to replay it and finally beat it since my brother and I never could!

I'd love to see the Nicktoons Unite series make a comeback someday. Maybe add some new shows like The Loud House, TMNT 2012 or Rise, Glitch Techs, etc.

These games were absolutely amazing to own as a kid! They may not have been the best Nickelodeon games of all time but just the idea alone and the fact that you can play all of these amazing characters makes this series one of the best Nickelodeon games to me! I'll admit I don't like Globs of Doom but even that game still has a ton of nostalgia and I know many people think fondly of that game as I do with the Blue Tongue Nicktoons trilogy! Fun fact: they actually were gonna make a 5th game in the series called Nicktoons Dimensional Overdrive (which I would love to see a video on that) that would have been a lot like Lego Dimensions which I would have absolutely loved! I hope that one day that canceled game can see the light of day and show everyone how amazing a Nicktoons game can really be!

I played one of these in its entirety while on a cruise ship in like 3 days with a friend I made in the kids club. Loved ever second of the game

This was a dream come true for Nicktoons fans. This will never happen again. It was a once in a lifetime thing for Spongebob, Timmy Turner, Jimmy Neutron, and Danny Phantom to come together as a team. I wish Nickelodeon would just make a full length movie featuring these 4 characters. But that will never happen now. SpongeBob will continue to be milked to death. And the other 3 shows are dead.

Ik we make a lot of "This was my Multiverse of Madness" jokes, but this one REALLY was it. And semi-canonical since it acknowledges the Jimmy Neutron/Fairly Odd Parents crossover cartoons.

When I was a kid, I Ioved these games because I could play as Danny Phantom on a console(I also spent a lot time in those flying sections in Attack of the toybots where you fly around as Danny and shoot enemies and remember enjoying them a lot as a kid). Danny Phantom did receive two video games on handhelds but they were pretty meh in my opinion. The Ultimate Enemy got a game on GBA and apparently there was going to be a console version on Gamecube, PS2 and Xbox, but sadly it got cancelled.

Something funny is that i think Unite references the events of the Power Hours in some way so...this is actually canon. Man the Nicktoons Unite series was something else started a bit poorly with the first one because of how long it feels even though is short. Volcano Island is the best one imo they did a good job with the structure of the whole game and with new characters it was good. I've never played the other two because i couldn't get any of them (i had the GameCube and never had the PS2 version of the other games when i got the PS2 back in 2009) but the old characters being brought back was really cool. Now i wanna know who decided to just put the European name into the final game...you could've just called it like that since the second game at least. I would love to see something like this being brought back although nowdays we don't have many new characters so could be just the nostalgia cast. Great vid Jordan

You don't know how happy I am you covered this I played this game so much as a kid I had both the GameCube and gameboy version and I remember my disc kept glitching out during the flea boss battle

I loved these games. I remember renting a couple of them with my bro at blockbuster when we were younger and I can't really remember much about the plot of them, but man we had so much fun with them. Lucky me there's emulators so I can relive my childhood lol I also had one of the gba ones, but it's a shame I can't find it anymore

When I was a kid, the only one of these games I ever played was the final one; Globs of Doom (plus the Gameboy advance version of Attack of the Toybots) and I absolutely adored it so much, it gave me such nostalgia every time you showed even a glimpse of footage from it in this video

I remember being so excited about this game sees the ads on tv and I got it for my Gameboy Advance. Then I got it and completed it in less than 1.5 hours since it was only a simple side scroller…. It was that day I learned the difference between console and handheld gaming

Not saying Danny Phantom shouldn't have been apart of these games alongside SpongeBob SquarePants, Timmy Turner, and Jimmy Neutron but I do think Aang should have been added to the roster.

Loved this series and I seriously hope it can make a comeback one day, through a remake or whatever means.

My first of these was Battle for Volcano island and i may not have played it the most of all my games but it is probable one of my favorite games ive played for many reason!

The only one I played is attack of the toy bots on the DS, great game, really miss those days

I love your channel so much because of all the nostalgic content you make. The different shows and games that were made in the 2000s that some people forget about or kids today have no idea the impact of is so great to see. Definitely stuff I want to bring to my channel

I remember playing Nicktoons Unite, Battle for Volcano Island, and Attack of the Toybots! So much fun. I don't remember playing Globs of Doom, that was the one I never did get to try. But the first three were staples of my childhood

I actually had Nicktoons Unite for DS as a kid but could never beat Plankton cause his boss fight was glitched, so last year I learned how to properly beat him, bought a used copy of it on eBay since I lost the original, and finally beat the whole game after 17 years.

This and Scooby Doo Night of 100 Frights are on my list of remakes I need before I die

I had Globs of Doom for the Nintendo DS!! I remember being frustrated over never being able to finish the game. But I still had fun with it and that's what matters lol

After being a former top 3 runner of the game it’s good to see it getting some recognition although can get repetitive:) would love for it to be remade

Nicktoons Unite is my favorite crossover nickelodeon game out of all the others. It just feels more entertaining and more playable. I still enjoy playing the others. I hope they can make a nickelodeon crossover movie with the classic nicktoon characters and more sequel games after globs of doom.

I only ever owned/played Battle for Volcano Island when I was younger. I always wondered why they all knew each other already.

Yeah, how can we forget those games, those games were amazing, Except Globs of Doom (Graphics) Cause they just ruined Jimmy, and idk how that even happend, but i especially love the writing of these games, like them referencing the Jimmy Timmy Power Hours, it was amazing Definitely worth replaying, and i recommend it even playing it with your friends (if you have 3 extra controllers, lol)

Hell yeah new gaming video! I loved these games as a kid some more than other but it was insane to me as a kid that they made this crossover stuff. Great times and I did play the gameboy version of nick toons unite and it’s similar to gba battle for bikini bottom

Man this game was one of my jams as a kid.

This was like OG Avengers before the avengers. I had many nostalgic memories with Battle for volcano island and Attack of the toybots as my most favorites on both ps2 and Wii.

I have been trying to find this game for ages now, since my girlfriend played it when she was younger, and we just could not find out which specific game it was. Lo and behold this video shows up in my subscription feed and its the exact game she was after!

I'm glad to have finally found a good review of the games here. I am absolutely in love with these games and series, metaphorically speaking. I am currently working on a fan fiction for these games, and I just want it to be well-received. It's hard because more and more I get the feeling that Nicktoons Unite has a very small fanbase and I just find it hard to be part of so many minorities all the time. Any other fans who can relate?

When I was a kid I always wanted a nicktoons tv crossover. I loved the jimmy Timmy power hour and wanted that for the rest of the characters. I actually found a fan comic that genuinely felt like what I wanted and it helped scratch that itch from when i was a kid.

I remember playing this with friends and always being stuck with jimmy which I didn’t like. But on playing a game and learning about upgrades changing some moves I got humbled and appreciated him more

I really was in love with these games. I appreciated that each game was completely different, whilst at the same time detested it... I disliked Globs of Doom tho because it just felt too lackluster. The fact that either Jimmy or Timmy were missing games bugged me (I could imagine Timmy and Vicky in GoD) and thought it was funny how much they wanted to push Tak in the Nicktoons universe. I really liked Unite! for giving each character unique abilities that also were needed to progress and unlock secrets, but that probs only works with a small cast. I think the concept of Volcano Island was done the best, with the exploration, backtracking and giving each character something unique, but sometimes missed the exploration of each world a bit. But it probably would be the best concept to continue with. Attack of the Toybots was really fun, lots of characters, but also suffered from not visiting the home dimensions, lackluster bosses and had the weird mech-gameplay sections.

I remember when I had the Nicktoons unite on my Nintendo ds However I wished they would’ve had at least Xj9 teenage robot as one of the main character’s, it would’ve been cool if this was a movie except they would not put spongebob in it since Nickelodeon was technically against that idea if it actually happened.

I think out of all of these I only remember actually playing Attack of The Toybots only because of the scene where SpongeBob and Patrick get kidnapped and then talk to Tak like he's an animal. Honestly games like this were just heavily limited by the shows all having short shelf lives or being dwarfed in popularity compared to just SpongeBob. Nickelodeon was good at running shows into the ground, as did many other kids channels really. Such a shame these IPs were only ever things the networks used for some more money and didn't have much care for them beyond that.

Attack of the toybots was the quintessential Nicktoons game, it had everything and everyone!

I like how the save feature didn't even work for Globs of Doom lol. I even tried to beat it in one sitting and my wii crashed on the final boss haha

I grew up with all the Nicktoons games with Attack of the Toybots being my first ever video game on the PS2, my first ever console. Literally all the Nicktoons games have an unspeakable amount of nostalgia to me. Battle for Vulcano Island was my second favorite PS2 game back then. Damn, I wish I could go back in time 15 years to experience Attack of the Toybots again for the first time 😭

I remember replaying Battle for Volcano Island countless times on my grandma's Ps2, I absolutely loved it and it's still a favorite of mine today

My first console was gamecube and this was the series that really drew me into gaming. Other than playing Halo with my cousin on his Xbox.

When I was a kid (10 or so) me and my friend from daycare would swap gameboy advance games, one time he let me borrow one of these, I think it was attack of the toybots. I got so into it that I didn’t notice when he left before I could give it back to him that night. The next day I was gonna return it to him but he wasn’t there and eventually I remember someone telling me that he died somehow. I still have the game

I need this franchise to return, it could be a good road to revitalizing a lot of these old shows or at least make old and new fans see awesome characters in a unique story

This was basically the world's first wide introduction to the idea of the multiverse.

THQ was so good. The creators of so many of my favorite childhood games.

So I don't know if I lived under a rock or if things were just this whacked out, but I rented Volcano Island and beat it over a weekend before nick even started airing ads for the game.

I recently got 100% completion in Attack of the Toybots. Let me tell you that game was more frustrating than I could've ever imagined. And for all the effort, backtracking and collecting things like the fairies you get NOTHING! It was such a pain and it was all for nothing.

Yeah, I feel like we really need a new story-driven Nickelodeon crossover action-adventure game. It's nice that we're getting Nickelodeon Kart Racers and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl, but just imagine a full-on crossover story uniting all these iconic characters filled with platforming, combat and puzzle-solving; especially if each character had their own unique abilities that encouraged you to revisit worlds with different combinations of characters to find hidden collectibles and stuff!

Battle for volcano island had me and my little brother hooked - playing the gamecube and ds versions 😭
