An unrepentant sinner who considers themselves to be a Christian would not really be a Christian at all, and would only fool themselves. To be saved, one must repent and trust in Jesus as your Savior. And yes, part of that is understanding that He is God since it is what Jesus claimed about Himself and one must, of course, believe Him (John 8:58 c. Exodus 3:13-14, 10:30). It would be impossible for a mere human to die for sins since all have sinned (Psalm 14:2-3, Ecclesiastes 7:20, Isaiah 64:6). Therefore the Savior had to be divine, since only God is perfectly good and without sin, only God is truly Holy (Leviticus 11:45, 1 Samuel 2:2, Matthew 19:17, Mark 10:18, Luke 18:19). And the Messiah *was* always prophecied to be divine (Isaiah 7:14, 9:6 c. John 14:9, Micah 5:2). It's critical, however, to understand what repentance means Biblically. That means that when you truly love God with all your heart you'll wanna live a life that is pleasing to Him. We can't just stop sinning because we're humans and each and every day we sin without even noticing, but as followers of Christ we can do our very best to follow in His footsteps everyday and do things that pleases the Lord. Jesus paid the price and took our sin upon Himself so therefore we can go to heaven. Without Jesus there is no salvation, because how hard we try, we can never become righteous in ourselves.

He didn’t really say anything of substance. He didn’t address how God who is unlimited take on a limited human form. He did explain how the all powerful God could even die in the first place. He didn’t explain how if God could somehow die then how did he came back to life? Do you believe in some entity that is even more powerful than God that can bring God back? ⁠@@aishaghalia1259Yes, if you indeed truly put your trust in Jesus. Because once you do, God will transform you and not only will your past sins be forgiven, but you’ll no longer want to sin anymore. You won’t be perfect, as none of us are, but that’s the beauty of what Jesus did, we don’t have to be, we just have to believe He is who he said he was, turn from your past sin and ask for forgiveness, and put your trust in Him and no longer yourself. Malachi 3:1 mentions two messengers: The first is John the Baptist, who prepared the way for the second Messenger, "the Messenger of the covenant," Jesus Christ. It helps to understand that, as the Father's Messenger, He did not speak His own words. John 8:38-42 combined with John 12:49-50 confirms this. And because Jesus said to worship the Father, the one True God. I am doing that, therefor I don't believe in the concept of the Trinity, and I think if Jesus was really God He should have said it clearly so people wouldn't be this confused about it. Also, it is so disappointing that whenever I read a verse I would come back to the Greek version and translate the words by myself, cause as you know different versions in English have different translations thus different meanings. And the Greek scripture does not exist fully, and the Bible of Jesus is not even written in Greek in the first place, it should be in Aramaic, but we don't even have that. But even if we're in this position, we have to put our trust in many writers who said that they've been "inspired" by the holy spirit yet we barely know information about them and they don't serve us any proof that they're not lying. Adding to all that, we have no scripture of Jesus saying that he's God or moreover any verse that explains that God is 3 entities. Just that simple gospel tracks that we hand out to people that are not saved you never know that when they open at gospel track they might give their life to the Lord through Christ Jesus as Lord and Savior. What I do is when I handle gospel tracks when I go grocery shopping I will insert the gospel tracks into 12 packs of soda cans or 24 packs of soda cans or I will insert the gospel tracks into egg cartons. When in the time of Moses for example, people had to follow many laws to grant paradise.
