Not my favourite colour, but what a versatile piece of kit that Vola T style is! Love that growly bridge pup. Great review, Shane, and I'm looking forward to the gig video.
Dig the color, love the tones!! The Vola Vasti is a guitar that I can appreciate what it does and look past the name on the headstock. Great video Shane!🎸🎸🎸😎😎🤙🏾🤙🏾
Hey Shane. Great review again. Really enjoying your recent content. Some great guitar brands I've never heard of. Keep it up. Best wishes from England.
Man that Screams Rock -n- Roll ! Those Pickups sound Awesome and it's Pointy ! Reminds Me of the Zach Wylde " Wylde Audio Guitars " with the Body carve and the Pointy Horn 🎸🤟 😃🤘
I really like the Volas...but with so many reverse headstocks and no fret markers, the choices for me are very limited...but they are still awesome....great work Shane!!!!
Thank you for the review!!! It's too bad Vola doesn't have more Strat Based offerings without Floyd Rose. I would really be interested in a Vola Strat "Without" the Floyd Rose. I "Know" there are tons of Floyd Rose fans out there. I'm just not one of them. My observation has been...You LOVE Floyd Rose, or you Hate Them, however, in my case, I would just prefer to not have one. It is most definitely "Not" a Love / Hate Thing. Just not where I want to spend my $$$$. Like my entire philosophy about guitars....There is no Right Or Wrong...It's All About Personal Preference!!!! Great Video Shane!!! Thank you
Can't honestly say that I like the shape of both the body and the headstock. The colour is of course a matter of taste. I think that I'll stick to my Fender Baja Telecaster. I've not yet come across a Telecaster that can match it, and that includes several USA Telecasters that I've tried.
Oh wow. That's a neck I don't think I could use. Vola's website says 20mm at the 1st and 21mm at the 12th. My current guitar is almost 25mm at the 1st and at least 29mm at the 12th! That's a HUGE difference. 😲 My measurements aren't exact because it had strings on when I measured so I couldn't get the vernier caliper all the way on. So those are minimum measurements. Actual dimensions are likely within +1mm of those numbers.
@@shreddyz it's an Indio 66 DLX Plus Goldtop from Monoprice. The Les Paul-style guitar in my avatar. The neck is quite chunky and I really really like it. In inches it was 0.950" at the 1st and 1.140" at the 12th and like I said, that wasn't a full measurement. If I remember, I'll measure it next time I restring it.
The sound is actually pretty cool but the look is... not sure what to think about it. On the one hand I like that it is not just another straight Tele clone. On the other there are some parts that look not very pleasing to my eye in particular the lower part of the body and the headstock. Also the color isn't mine at all but that not a big deal, they might have others.
