People often forget that life is not a race, not a competition.. even though it almost, always feels like one. It is true, we have our own stories, different paces and chapters. You can look at it that we are different flowers, blooming at the right time. We have our own seasons. I love how Ms. Bianca listens and learns from her guests, just like the viewers. She allows her guests to really share and express without interfering in the midst. I was teary-eyed while watching this kasi super relate ako. I feel like I've been working my ass off pero ganito pa rin ako. My mom growing up, she would always remind me and tell me na I should learn how to be contented where I am in my life. As long as I did my best and put every effort and worked hard for it, I’m good. My mom would always tell me na I shouldn’t feel jealous or compare my life with someone else’s because we all have our own season and time.

I love this! I am going through pain due to work. I was dismissed on my first employer and now I am suspended by my second employer. I know I don't deserve this but I believe Lord just made a way to remove me from that job. Now, I feel lost but I upon listening to this I felt hopeful again. Probably, its not my time pa talaga with my "breakthrough". I will wait for it.

Wow! Love these types of conversations! First time ko marinig ka magsalita ms. Dimps! U know that shes coming from the experience. 🙌 I have been trying to make my dream career my full time business, and it is testing so much of my patience. Minsan naiiyak nalang ako kase im giving and doing my best, (creating valuable contents on my social media accounts) and i feel alone. (Which is normal na nrrmadaman ng mga taong may pangarap). I don't rely on YT to sustain me, but somehow i hope id reach the right audience and make it work. I always just believe in myself and whenever i feel weak, i just put my trust in the Lord, that by His grace He will do the work that I cant seem to do in my own wisdom.

Grabe this came at the right time in my life. Teka naiyak ako. I have been at the same company for 16 yrs now. Like Dimples i never expect anything ok na ako kung ano position ko sa work. Mas ok sa akin yung recognition ng mga kasamahan ko sa work and yung mga doctors ko. I knew I have done so much sa work place ko pero yung ma achieved ang isa pang higher post e parang nasa sideways lang sya. 2019 was a breakthrough for me. I lost a job promotions I so work hard for. I was about to leave the work place that I love and move to a new opportunity. I was hired to do the same dream job na i was denied with. Siguro sabi ni Father God o ayan na validate ko na that you are not less. Pero iba pala pa din ang path ko. I was a month before my last working day, another opportunity came in and I was then asked by the management to stay. I was asked to do a new job and decided to stay. Pandemic happened and I was put in a situation that I have always avoided, to manage a team. But because my work is on hold since project base sya, I found myself accepting the new role. Here I am and doing this job for a year now. I have never been recognised this way. We won an award for the service we do. I was featured in the website of the hospital and company left and right. Invited to speak regarding my work. And now very recently I have a media invitation to be featured at the Nursing Times ( magazine for nurses here in the UK). Iba din talaga gumawa ng paraan ang Lord para paramdam sa yo yung worth mo. Matagal ako nag antay pero ang grabe ang dami kong achievements ngayon. Ok na kase ako nuon e di ako mapaghanap. Kaya sa letter sender just hang on, just continue improving yourself din habang nag aantay ka ng big break mo. Attend webinars, mag aral ka for additional armour pag dumating ka na sa gusto mo. Kahit ikaw pa mag bayand ng course or study na yan go for it. Eventually magagamit mo din yan. And thats exactly what I did. Ilang leadership course naatenan ko, management course. Ngayon gamit ko na napag aralan ko. Pero may nerbyos pa din kase nga I was very reluctant to this role, But I just have to step up. Learning process lang din naman talaga lahat. Sooner or later sabi ko sa sarili ko naku soon matututunan ko na din how to be more effective manager of a service and at the same time looking after my all female staff hahahha... thanks for this one Bianca and always best wishes to you. .
