You know, I just see 👀 it as a purple 💜 cabbage and always called it red cabbage. It's very strange that you drew my attention to this. I think the hot weather is affecting the shelf life of most fruits and vegetables. I salute you for shopping at Waitrose, as for me it's Tesco 😅.

Oh yes!!!! That makes sense. The weather is definitely affecting the fruit and veg. To be honest, I still buy them anyway as I can freeze them... especially the blueberries. 🤭 If I buy them when they have the 'yellow' sticker on them, I will pay Asda prices 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Waitrose is super expensive but their organic range is top notch - I give them that 🙌🏾

I remember Keisha saying Wholefoods is super expensive for no reason lol, but Waitrose has quality and organic items. Like super great quality. Not sure if Wholefoods is the same or not. I haven't been yet.

Ooh great one Vanessa! When i saw you picking the vegetables i was like...i wish i could send you African fresh groceries...then you said it 😂😂 Our ginger is great i agree. Enjoyed every bit of it. I am yet to see a self check out here in Kenya 😅 too.

Your veg is sooooo much better. One day I will come to Kenya and try your real organic food. I honestly can't wait. I know I say it all the time but our food is nothing comparing to the food in Africa. 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

It's great for organic and vegan items, but yes it's VERY expensive. I took hubby to all supermarkets and he said that their [Waitrose] food taste real comparing to the other supermarkets 😵. I was like... say whaaaaat.
