I believe fatigue can absolutely have an impact on your brain and how it processes information such as words you want to say and oral motor skills (e.i, slurring, stuttering, etc). ): Aw, Tahir. That could absolutely be a thing.

I was wonder why he is in so many different things I thought maybe some of this is backlogged of past shooting, now I know he been hustling too hard. Bro you dont have to do that much we will be around. Most of us subscribe to channels that upload once a month or every 5 months and we still come back. Things like squadd vs are timeless fun you will grow even if the episode isnt as frequent cause people will see the old stuff and binge that.

I'm only 11 minutes in...not sure how I'm two years late on this, but from what you've shared, I can see how the step back did some good. They were absolutely right, Tahir. There are 3 different types of stress, Positive, Tolerable and Toxic. Positive Stress is stuff that motivates you and helps you become resilient. Tolerable also helps you become resilient, but can turn into Toxic stress if it's left unchecked or unaddressed. Toxic stress is always bad. And if what they're saying is right, then you're creating an environment where you can't heal and it escalates into physical/emotional/mental/spiritual problems. We all love you, bro, so we're glad you're taking some time for yourself even if it's a little bit.
