First I wanted to show a quick fix to make the official toy into a properly poseable action figure, then the long awaited comparison between it and my custom robots.
As a bionicle collector with a decently sized collection, here's a useful tip in case you do anymore death egg type builds in the future using bionicle joints. Do not use any bionicle joints that say they are from 2008-2010. I have quite a few sets from that Era, and a majority of the joints on mine have cracked, some looking like they might fall off. And this is from light use. You can usually tell if a joint is bad by seeing if the end of the joint is squared off. If it does come to a squared off end with defined corners on the joint, it is likely on of those pieces. If the end of the joints are rounded off, or are from 2011 and above, they are good. Just letting you know for the future
Bro this is great. This is what I and many others have wanted. For many. Many years. I loved your custom death egg robo. But gosh darn the jakks death egg robo is amazing. I never thought I’d see the day.
Great comparison video! I almost forgot that you have the Sonic Forces Death Egg Robot. I remembered i loved the design of the Death Egg Robot in Sonic Forces. I think it was an awesome design! And i have a question. Do you still kept the old custom figure's that you did for the people who didn't pay you?
I actually have about 3 or 4 people's fan characters sitting in boxes, I shouldn't sell those to other people but eventually they're destined to be taken apart for actual paying customers. The Death Egg Robot and King K. Rool are the only 2 unsold commissions sitting here that I would be able to sell if someone was interested.

Thank you for the tip with the arm! I bought one yesterday and was disappointed to learn you can't pose the arms despite all the screenshots I've seen showing them in different positions. I wanted to ask: what's the name of those rubber grips? I'll have to try get some. Also, have you had any luck removing the jetpack once it's on? It's easy to attach, but I've had no luck at removing it again. Thanks.
@@wakeangel2001 Ahh, okay. In the end, my dad had a couple of boxes containing thin rubber rings. Two of those did the trick, which appears to allow the arms to be posed and the button should still release them. So they should have just the right amount of friction. :) Bit puzzled with the jetpack though considering it snaps in with two nodules, but it seems permanently fixed once it’s in.
Thank youuu for showing how to fix his noodle limbs. Looks like a Great amount of friction does the trick. Usually I would fix loose ball joints by wrapping around sewing thread the same color was the figure to where the peg ends so its not visible on the ball joint and put a t i n y amount of super glue so it stays there. The inside of the offical toy is hollow in the head you can model it to were the new robotnik figure can fit in there there is some plastic to remove bit its possible
Here's A Tip, did you know that there's a Gray joint socket that can be useful for not only holds up the both old Bionicle parts and Hero Factory Joints. It's a one small joint but it really helps. As long you don't pop it out and in or it'll cause an Crack and it'll became useless. I use them for replacing an old ones. Also I like how you still had a Mass Produced Death Egg Robot as explains the commission person who never paid a figure but had shown learning lesson. "Paid up your Commissioner please! We've been working hard with you!" And I'll ask you for commission someday
OK BEING HONEST the sonic forces DEATH EGG ROBOT you made in my opinion IS BETTER it has better proportions AND articulation and even the new eggman fits KINDA so yeah and tho its an official death egg robot I feel he's too round and maybe too little and you're original death egg robot has weird legs BUT THE DEATH EGG ROBOT ROM FORCES IS PERFECT just make a normal one with sane proportions AND ITS THE BEST DEATH EGG ROBOT
