Secondly jab ac service karna ho toh mattress uthana padta hai but ye mattress ek aadmi nahin utha payega, right? Aap kaise manage karte ho? Let me begin this by saying that we have ordered not only this wardrobe, but our bed frame, mattress, mattress cover, and sofa cum bed from Wakefit, totaling ***57,000 INR***. We ordered our wardrobe on 17th May. Shortly thereafter, we received a call from Wakefit letting us know that there was a "logistical issue" with our order and they had to reorder had to be placed through their website. Delivery was now expected on 11th June. This was an almost 1 month delay which forced us to cancel a visit from family, as we could not unpack any of our belongings after moving into our flat. Wakefit ensured that they would expedite our delivery but the opposite happened. Our order status was updated to show delivery on 12th June. However, on 12th June, we received no order and no communications from Wakefit. On 13th June, we called Wakefit and they said the product had been damaged during delivery and ensured that a replacement would be delivered within 48 hours. On 14th June, again, we received no delivery and no communications from Wakefit. On 15th June, we called again. Wakefit told us that their delivery partner called both phone numbers associated with the account and didn't receive an answer from either. They also claimed that were denied at apartment security. However, this is not possible. Both numbers were working properly and received other calls throughout the day. Neither number received any calls from Wakefit on the 14th. Furthermore, we spoke with apartment security, who confirmed that no one arrived for our delivery yesterday and that no deliveries are ever denied by security. This means that either the customer service representative and/or the delivery partners were directly lying to us. After delaying an order for almost a month, especially for a loyal client that had already given over half a lakh to their company, we are extremely disappointed with Wakefit's service. We have called our order and strongly recommend against buying any products from this disorganized, disrespectful, and dishonest company.

Online Mattress r Cheaper so i think people attract more to it. Most of the online Mattress those r Orthopedic r just selling the High Density Foam mattress instead of BONDED Foam which is the Proper orth Foam. So i always recommended to Buy mattress off line so before u buy u may feel the Comfort. Buying a mattress with just few Details & cheaper price is waste of Money.

Mene Wakefit orthopaedic foam mattress order kiya tha kyu ki 1 mere pas already hai and 3 years se mai use kar rahi hu I like it ...But abhi jo new matress aya he wo Wakefit orthopaedic shape sense matress hogya hai..and ye purane wale matress se bhut different hai ..mujhe purana wala hi order krna hai jo apki video mai hai ..toh kaha se order karskti hu me could you please help.

My horror story with a wakefit product. I ordered a premium wakefit memory foam mattress when there was no experience centre or a well known brand. Wakefit delivered me a defective product with messed up foam layers. I realised it only after checking the same in the #Wakefit experience centre. First wakefit accepted the mistake and then smartly denied the warranty claim. I have ended up wasting my hard earned money. Beware of ordering any wakefit product or purchase at your own risk. We have many competitive players in the market now with humble after sales support. My journey with wakefit ends here and is not recommended.

Don't buy this mattress, I bought duo plus mattress; paid 8000rs for single, after using this mattress back pain started. I suggest you all; Better go to the local store & buy a soft mattress. I want my refund from wakefit. Many times I chat with customer support but Wakefit is forcing me to use the mattress for 25 days, but I am unable to tolerate it every night because of pain. This is kind of punishment for me now.
