8:40 I literally did that for 5 months because I love waking up early. Yes I was super sleep deprived and should not have done it but I had literally nothing for last 5months to do and peaceful mornings were the only things I enjoyed
@@regandehaven4705 My teenage is over 1 year ago .This is a holiday routine in my lockdown that I have been following for a few days. When colleges will open. I go to bed 10 .30 pm Then I woke up at 4:30 am in the morning. I sleep 7 and half half hour day.. I also sleep 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the afternoon.After Kovid-19, when everything will be normal, then I will sleep for an hour after coming to college..
I was studying on my dining table and my father was sitting beside me and I shouted when your notification came up and my father was like no you dumb head study right now and the half and hour I spent thinking about the video was a torchure for me. @@mrunmayijadhav6414 see, if we get marks between 91-100 it is shown in the result sheet. Along with this there is another column where the grades are given. So as I got between 91-100 so I got A grade. I hope that you understood.

My parents give me the choice but they would say if you were stressed, you can study, but I think you should go back to sleep I get it. I probably am a bit crazy for doing this but for me it’s like normal and I wish that I just had a quiet and peace.
I used to wake up 5 a.m, but at this year have been waking up 6,7 or 8 a.m because I am studying English and Spanish a lot and I constant sleep late, but the way I'm very happy because I could understand your while video without any kinds of subtitle. You videos are top-notch
Finally someone makes a video on this ! I’ve been waking up at 3:30 am w/ intermittent fasting for a while now, I get 6 hours of sleep and take two 30 min naps, just make sure you take them before 2 pm or you won’t be asleep by 9:30.
ive been waking up at 3:30 for about 2 years for work, and it was horrible at first but I got pretty used to it. hardest part was forcing myself to sleep earlier

My best advice if you're gonna wake up at 3:30am is to either wait till the fall and winter months when it's dark by like 4/5pm or completely black out your room so you can go to sleep. Even when it's still sunny out.

1. I think everyone else (who goes to high & middle school, maybe even if your working as a med student or a news anchor) should wake up at at least 4:25am, I do and I feel like my mind is clear e.g: I usually get a 75 - 80 on my tests and I was waking up at 7:55am until I started waking up at 4:25am and then I got 100 on 4 tests in a row, seriously start thinking about it, 2. congrats for waking up at 3:30am
Excuse me i have a question if you tell me anything that can help me i will be really thankful I always wake up at 4am but my problem is when i wake up im Just gonna turn off the alarm and go back to sleep i cant get uot of bed i dont know why and this alway happens and im really tired from that If you can help me with any advice i will be thankful 😗
@@mustafaahmed104 1. if you should try waking up at 4:30am for a day and see how that is if it doesn't help then get up and wash your face (I do) it helps you a lot and if that doesn't work then the final thing is to take a cold shower / Ice cold water
actually in the time of studying I was waking up at 3 a.m and sleeping at 11 p.m.At first it was hard but once you do it every singl day you got to used to it. but you know what ? it was reallyyyy calming and as you said full of positive and you become really poroductive....Idk...maybe because of silence ... i have no words just it was really peaceful I hope that every body here give it a try love you Lenks :-)
