Yeah here’s a tip “You’re” is a contraction of “you are” hence the apostrophe. (Ex. You’re so pretty) “Your” is a possessive, so you use it when your talking abt things people own or have. (Ex. Your car) :)

i did this challenge for the last two weeks (not weekends though). I was waking up at 4am but I had to sleep at 8 to get enough sleep. It was kind of hard but sooo refreshing to finally fix my sleep schedule and I found I was able to get so much more done even before 12pm. Now it's half term so my sleep schedule is destroyed again lol.

So, since a lot of people attually struggle getting up, I really wanted to share this lol(since I have been waking up at 5 am from past couple months (even in winters lol) ; 1. Get in warm clothes (if it's winter time your body might just not be ready to leave bed cuz of cold so always have warm clothes on while you go to sleep) 2. Try going to bed early (lol, isn't that a common sense thing ?) 3. Have a particular reason ( I swear your body won't get off bed if you don't have a reason) 4. As soon as you wake-up turn on the lights so that it while help you. Not to fell asleep. (Hope this helps

These type of videos inspire me to try wakink up at 5am instead of sleeping at 5am. Today, I woke up 15 minutes before my first alarm at 5am and it's my first day.
