I have the habit of prepping all the meals in the morning itself. Though I eat only one meal a day and that’s dinner, my husband and daughter have three meals and I see to it that they have healthy and wholesome food for all meals. Also, as you said, prepping keeps me on track and not eat junk. Moreover, it’s always lovely to eat a warm honey cooked meal with the family ❤
I eagerly wait for friday for your aesthetic videos and your delicious recipes too ❤ I have one suggestion 😅 boiling tea leaves in hot water and strain it then add suger and milk to it , tea leaves can be used as fertilizer (and areation)to plants 🪴 as u have so many . Hope u like it.

Oh Ragini .excellent menu plan .I wished I could meet you when I was in Germany. Even I prep everything handy so that I am not tensed .usually i fry rain. Onion tomatoes .capsicum and store for only 3days .it will help me to prep any subji .upma or poha. N I can add other seasonings accordingly. I even cut veg n keep. Nothing to worry .I can prep cauliflower gravy or add in to prep pulao. Same way as u do .all ur dishes were yummy .tempting. 9k.keep going dear .blessings
