I know that Barnett beat you this time and he's heavier than you but what's his strength, technique, how did he pull you, what would be your strategy to beat him next time (other than gaining 20lb of muscle he he)? Alex I have a question, why do most of these guys in your videos look so technically “noobish” in that the way they setup and start pulling after they hear “go” they don’t even know if they want to toproll or go inside but just try to apply a bunch of random pressure everywheres and hope to win while holding on for dear life (lots of hanging on the fingers) Its just a weird thing I noticed and it’s probably bac technique of setup and trying to load every muscle in the arm.
