Thanks for the look! It seems so empty that I need to make it there this year. And yes, the new camera is a great improvement. It's nice to have an upload from you again!
sheila gibson thanks for the kind words and I hope you can make it with the family. It’s a prime example of how a family amusement park should be. I am grateful it’s only a 90 minute drive away!
I grew up going to Waldameer, thanks for the video. Can I ask how the wristband scanning works? Do they limit you to certain rides, or do they expire after a set amount of time?
Thanks for the video. Haven't been there in years! Hope you had fun. I'm still holding off, not for the mask reason though lol. Times like this I miss my Geauga Lake though.
I agree about Geauga Lake 100%. That’s why I try to support Waldameer, especially in times like this. I don’t want to see this park go the way of GL, Euclid Beach and countless others! Thanks for watching as always wharfier. 😀
Kelly Mordini I’m sorry... I don’t do the waterpark, so I do t have any footage except From the train. 😢. Thanks for watching though and for the compliments!
me and my kids were supposed to go yesterday but I was really really was skeptical and actually scared to waste the mileage,$, and drive! cuz we're coming from a long distance in Cleveland on the east side. I'm so glad that you did make this video because one of my kids wanted to do the waterpark the other one is a little 8 and has never been to a amusement park. I love the video specially since I am looking to do a family road trip experience ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Kelly Mordini I don’t think you’ll regret making the trip. 😃. If you do go, enjoy. In a world full of craziness, a few hours at an amusement park can really make you feel better...
Yes we did go(-: the first day we did the waterpark and then we even went the following day--- did a combo! I have not did anything like for over 15yrs. It was the best enjoyment I had in a long time!!!😃8)
I camp at sara campgrounds every year for 2 weeks since 1987 its right down the hill from the park i always go to waldameer park at least 2 times when im there its a great little old park
That moment you realize that you drove past it for 20+ years, and probably missed out on peeling the layers of paint off the waiting line railings of the Wacky Shack. Hey, no bumper boats?
Yep, free admission and pay as you go. You need to buy one of the park’s “Wally Cards” to put points on as the park is now cashless, but it’s still a park I love to visit thanks to it not costing me my life savings to visit!
Keith Sutton Thanks for the advice. Being 50, some of these newfangled rides that spin, swing and loop make me absolutely nauseous. I’ll have to give those a try next time!
I went it’s amazing I got a head ake from the ravainflyer I went back row I’m a mixed girl and 8 years old I went 3 months ago i was sweating from the mask my god 😩 I was hot
