He was alsoba very spiritual man who encouraged us to elevate ourselves, to look up, to be less materialistic. He also said that those who help others sometimes do it to solve their own problems. They become obsessed with their illness and want to 'cure' everybody to feel better about themselves. This book is extremely relevant today. Many people think that way today. I enjoyed your video, thank you.

Humanity is accelerating its passage through this world at such a speed that existence is being reduced to the most absurd and disproportionate of materialisms. Walden is a great lesson.
