Hey @haleyflood-fo1ll it is! We will definitely be returning. We looked into a few other luxury hotels (we don’t do all-inclusive FYI) and this one was by far the newest, cleanest and best option. Let us know if you’d like more information and even help booking and planning your trip!

I stayed at the Hilton all inclusive and would rather pay using my points to stay at the Hilton then the WA. The Hilton all inclusive is amazing

@@Rhamlin7 I heard they have complimentary shuttle service now from the hotel to the hotel zone, is that true? Does it take you anywhere in the hotel zone and that you need to book in advance?

This Waldorf is the most exclusive and luxurious hotel in Cancun, you dont want to come here if you're on a budget as it's a non inclusive and everything is extremely expensive even for US standards, you may be spending $600 per day in food with taxes and tips, and if you go to the city expect $100 for a 20 minute ride and again for return, I will say that if money is not an issue in your vacation there is no better option than the Waldorf Astoria + Hilton resort you can access too for even more funny things to do is a no brainer!

Hey Deena 👋 It isn’t, but the Hilton is connected to it and separated by a conference space. Both have amazing views, but different price points. Worth a look online for the dates you’re looking to go. Happy Travels!
