Astrid,I want you know you are a wonderful and generous instructor. I have searched thoroughly the Doll makers online and you are, in comparison, just excellent. Despite your struggle with the English language sometimes, you are more articulate, thorough and informative than anyone. I have bought your pattern and am now on my 3rd doll for my one year old granddaughter. I am attaching pics of them and aim to keep working at them until I am happy. I have been sewing well over 50 years but had never made wool dolls. I will it right eventually. Thank you so very much.
I found this lady the best on utube.took a while to find her.no wasting time trying to read subs and watch.speaking english for me is a bonus thank you 🇬🇧
Thank you for you great video’s I have wanted to needle felt a face but didn’t have the confidence until I watched you. You are a fabulous teacher and I am very pleased with my first attempt.
I love watching and learning new things about doll making.. You explain it so well. I would like to ask about how to add or emphasize a dimple in the cheek?

Hey there, great tutorials, thanks! What I don't get is that you're saying we would have to cut the fabric between the lips but you don't do that on this doll. Did I get something wrong?
The best fabric skin is Laib Yala if you google you will find it. I am not sure if it can be painted with acrylic paint, never done that. Thank you for your compliment
I love these dolls. Helpful videos. I'm Seriously thinking of having some made for my line of KIDSINHAND...representing children of different Faiths. Didn't these Dolls originate in Germany?
LittleDollHouse I have used your pattern and tutorials to make several dolls. I would like to send you pictures of my doll if that is okay! If you would ok this please let me know how to send these pictures to you Thank you do much
Please do join this FB group as I do not have the time to answer all questions on all platforms. Kind regards Astrid facebook.com/groups/239427573239164
oh, wow! thank's for the quick answer!! you're videos are great, by the way! i mean, the video how to close the skin on the top of the head. but i've already done it like i can see it in the eyes-embroider-video. thank you for sharing your knowledge!
I was wondering the same thing. Just because I wanted to know what to do with the nose I worked so hard on, lol. The video that comes after this one is "Waldorf doll head part 4".
