He’s nervous because he makes calls on the field like he’s the smartest guy in the room and then comes to press conference knowing he has to answer for it.
@@vikary5747 The more they screw up they will find that someone is going to be held accountable. Kaplan ( Kap) fried Flus ass the other morning 'on air.' It was jaw dropping to watch.
Did Waldron just double down on his play call at the 1 yard line and handing it off to your back up center (with taped wrists, mind you)?!?! Wow. This is a Bears PR media nightmare. First Eberflus and now Waldron. The EGOS are large, Bears fans. I guess we have coaches whose s*** don’t stink.
I can see that some of the players and probably some of the coaches see exactly what the problem is but no one is willing to risk their paycheck to speak out. You work a job, all of this "keep it in the family" narrative is straight up BS.
Uhh did you listen to what he said ? He said it was his fault and he’s gonna learn and adjust only part he defended is saying he trusts all his players
@dilanhoffman3960 It's still Ryan Pace fault he put all this shit 😒 together. His ego is big , but when controversy arises, you can't find him with a search warrant.
@ No he didn’t. He took accountability for the plays against the Colts. He said he’d run the hand off to the Olineman again, if he had to do it over (paraphrased).
Every coaching group they bring in here though it will always be the same thing though because the McCaskey's have a type they like, and that type is losers, and those are the only guys they'll hire, and when shit goes south, the McCaskey's instruct them as to how they are to respond in pressers, very vague, without truly admitting fault, as to not make their brand look bad, and it's just all about politics with the McCaskey's, not winning.
The dude has good plays, actually great plays, he just calls up some at a bad time. I like his offense personally, there is alot of genius to his playbook but he just gets to "sexy" at times for lack of a better word. 🐻⬇️ ✌️✝️
I saw people do a deep dive on him and the offense and they say 90% of the time its QB called except the initial formation. So caleb calls out the plays for each player at the LOS after identifying the defense. It's what Brady and Peyton manning did for some years to great success and Waldron was part of the offense staff with them those years. It's not for sure but it would explain the hiccups big and small as it requires alot of brain power and chemistry for the whole offense
We had that Washington game won! Tyrek is 6"3 the only one to touch the ball. We have to make sure he catches the ball & never bat a Hell marry again!!!
I can’t wait til I hear either Flus or Waldron say, yeah, I totally fucked that up. It will be the first time, it just constant doubling down. They want players to be accountable but NONE at the coaching staff.
Well wrap our arms around each other? WTH/ I wanna know who hired this guy? People assume it was Flus but I really think Poles had just as much to do ; they all share the same agent.
Unfortunately Shane Waldron wants to feel that he is a mastermind while trying to win at the same time. The only time to use specialty plays is when you are unable to move the ball/ score by way of sound hardnose football. Stop disrespecting the Chicago fans, Shane and Eberflus! We have a team of quality players, who are winners and demand success, but a coaching staff that at times puts the team in a disadvantage. Maybe it's time to hire a coaching staff of retired bears players who understand how to win and respect the Chicago way. STOP the PLUG and PLAY method of hiring coaches, it's time to have loyalty from within the bears family!
Waldron said he stands by his decision to hand off to Doug Kramer at the goal line. Says he was confident in the call and would call it again if he got the chance to do it over
He'll be the interim, first, before being considered once Flux flies! He's tougher and holds players accountable because he holds himself accountable and is better than ALL these wimpy coaches since Lovie left.
@shawnnyc100able Ryan poles is the one who makes that final decision, not Flus. So what you "told your boyfriend" is silly. IMHO, poles tried to go after harbaugh, but he decided to go to the chargers instead. And Most likely kliff wanted to go to the commanders.
@@TahitianTreattThey didn't interview or speak to Harbaugh at all. How can you say they went after him? They absolutely didn't. They admitted as much. If they wanted him, trust me, he would have absolutely interviewed here. They didn't want him. Poles didn't want to be replaced, because that's what would happen if they hired Harbaugh because he would have wanted to be a gm/hc, and Warren and Harbaugh don't like each other and don't get along is what I've heard, or at least it's Warren that doesn't like him. And George doesn't like Harbaugh, because George doesn't like any former Bears and doesn't want to hire any of them. All the ears problems stem from ownership and we fans can do nothing about that except not spend any money on their product, don't go to games, don't buy Bears merchandise, and don't watch from game, and the value of their franchise will shrink greatly and they will sell it quick before they lose too much money.
I rewatched the first half highlight of all of Caleb's plays and he had open receivers on several occasions and just did not throw them the ball. He looked skittish and uncomfortable like he has in some other games. Hopefully as rookie and young guy this will improve. Shane definitely has some lame plays but he's also had some good games so not going to lump this all on him.
@ Kmet got less snaps than Everett last game and it’s not the first time. First 2 weeks were heavier on Everett than Kmet, that’s why there was a meeting
@ maybe I’m looking at the wrong game, either way, snaps are one thing but not getting Kmet involved is wild. He’s been a guy you can rely on to catch the ball and they give him one target? He got the same amount of attempts to mane a play as Doug Kramer and dudes a top 8 TE in the league
I hate to judge people by the way they communicate but leadership of men can be identified by the way leaders articulate thoughts, ideas and project confidence and command respect. On Washington has this ability on this staff. Waldron and Flus don’t possess this at the podium and it’s evident and obvious they don’t have ability
These coaches are weak and soft, impossible for the players to respect them. Can you imagine being Caleb, getting the play-call for the handoff to the backup center? Shane Waldron is done, no bouncing back from last week. No accountability.
I said from the day they interviewed Kingsbury that they should've hired him. He has experience with Caleb and if Flus didn't workout they could've hired him for a HC. Of course they do the Bears thing and always hire the wrong coach. That's on Poles
---Its been only 7 weeks with waldron and our new offense, i understand hes made some mistake, but bears fans already calling for him to be fired shows u how dense our fans are. What if its half bad coaching half bs players; not practicing hard and executing plays? A prime example of player half assing it would be half of our Offensive line. I like caleb and believe he'll be great, but hes still a rookie noob. What if hes changing plays to plays that wont work? ---U all want to flip coaches after 1-2 years, as if the lack of stability is doing good things for our team and/players. Imho, u wait to see how this year ends, if we win 10 game, thats better than the previous 2 years. U roll into 2025-2026 with eberflus and waldron. Thatll be year TWO of our players within a new system. if it doesnt work next year, thats when u consider making coaching changes.
Wait a sec, OC Walrus! All the hand flopping, flapping won't hide simple fact you got a stud in RoJo yet decide on a lineman! Gadget plays are fine yet it's best going with less risky 'bread and butter' plays or get your butt buttered! Bears are in NO position to 'get cute', especially, when given chance to win a game we shoulda loss anyway! Question to Bear Claw fans: Who do y'all think is hungrier to win a SB? Owner, Team Prez, Gm, Coach(s) or players who lay their bodies on the turf likely since HS.? Yeah, just as I thought. Poles is the only one after the players.
Waldron said he'd call that Kramer play again if he had to do it again...................😑 GET THAT MAN THE HELL UP OUTTA HERE! He has no accountability here! Shane is gonna have to take us to the NFC Championship before I believe him. He's gotta go. Flus probably follows him out.✊🏽🐻⬇️
I see NO IDENTITY with this team. We got an exceptional rookie qb but with that being said, what's wrong with getting the running game going? They paid good money for a respectable running back, so run start the game by running the f***ing ball to establish a rhythm. Then, mix it up to keep the opponent honest. Am I trippin or is this more complicated than I think?
Zero faith in these coaches, same as it ever was, Bears turning into fart. Oh well it’s always a next year with new coaches, and a next after that with a new rookie QB, then repeat.
That horse is dead reporters please stop beating on that dead horse. Stevenson made a bad decision! Stevenson apologized for it move on!!! The reporters banging on this is proof of reporters immaturity 🙄!
After this game I totally lost the rest of my trust and hope in this coaching staff. Talking without really saying anything. No accountability. Best roster in years but this team is going nowhere.
A true Halloween is cheering for this team. These coaches are in a lost battlefield. Of course, Bears get the wrong coaches again. Stevenson should be on the bench for few weeks due to how undiscipline he's been this season. I want to hear from Poles too. Why TF would you leave the game early at the end thinking you won when you wait till 0:00 and the teams' records change. He's a part of this coaching disaster.
He stinks. His personnel is garbage. Swift can’t block. Terrible protections. Not utilizing Herbert or even Scott is ridiculous. You pay guys for big plays not trick plays from you. You and eberfluff need to go. Sick of this coaching trash in Chicago!
