SM has stated that their exclusive contract with Kyungsoo expires in early November. After discussing with KS, they've decided that he’ll carry out EXO’s activities under SM while his acting & solo activities will be under a newly established agency, Company SooSoo. Company SooSoo is established by Nam Kyungsoo, a previous director at SM Entertainment who recently became independent.
