I loved this mall. Back in 2000 to 2001. They had a cool skateboard shop. Go around KL. Eat and drink. Then party all night till morning.

The easiest way will be taking Grab my friend. Straight to the location. If by train then you go Hang Tuah station from tbs and Low Yat is not very far away. Or you can take bus too 😉
