Mostly, yes. For navigation I find that pointing the steering where I want to go helps. The lack of seat belts would be an issue if it went fast enough to be a problem. You can always tie yourself to the seat with a piece of rope. A/C, yes of course. There are 3 types of dual zone air conditioning to choose from. You can crank out either of the front windshields, wind down either door window, or open the footwell vents. I find a combination of all 3 is best. And cruise control? Absolutely. A brick on the gas pedal works fine.
