Great video , I have worked at Weelsby Hall for over 20 years for Linkage , my father worked at Weelsby Hall for over 27 years also for Linkage. I was infact born at Weelsby Hall , my mother was a Sleight. There have only ever been 2 Sleights born at Weelsby Hall , Michael Sleight and myself. My middle name is Weelsby. Michael Sleight owned the Hall before Linkage took it on and my father knew him and said he would often come for Christmas dinner with the students. I hope you don't mind me sharing my story.
@@iexplores I still work there now. I have lots of information on the Hall. The tower was built into the Hall so Sir George could see his Trawlers comng in. The painting on the ceiling in the main lounge was painted by a famous Italian painter. The streets surrounding Heneage road Rialto , Revigo etc are named after Sleight Trawlers.
