Amazing vlog my friend. Loved the intricacies and the details. Some of the shots were too good. Thanks for taking us through Manila on this virtual tour . I am a new fan from Bangalore, India
Wow! I really missed this place dyan po ako lumaki and the 1st scene is lapit na sa bahay namin. Hope I can visit my hometown after this Pandemic.. Altura St.
Hi @Mario Ignacio wow really appreciate you watching the videos ☺️ hoping to do that on a joyride but im not sure if this year. thanks for always watching! ☺️💗🍿🥭
I just found your channel by accident but it’s the best content ever. I love these waking videos. So peaceful and calm. I love the Philippines 🇵🇭 and been there in 2016 and 2018.
Hey Manila Girl my dear friend, Great video as usual. I really liked seeing the train crossing through the streets of Santa Mesa. What were the boxes for that was lined up beside the curb? The community that you were walking through, everyone there looks so friendly. Thank you Manila Girl for sharing this awesome video. Please stay safe and healthy, and God bless you and your family always. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
SALAMAT MISS MANILA GIRL SA PAG BLOG MO SA LUGAR NAMIN SA STA MESA KAHIT HINDI MISMO SA STREET NAMIN NA ALTURA,MARAMING SALAMAT PARA NARIN AKONG NK UWI SA PINAS.
Hi @Expat Expat 😅 its still just me who edited it. However, i upgraded the resolution to 4k (2160p) which my old editor cannot support 😑 still, thanks for watching! ☺️💗🍿🥭 look forward for more changes 😅
My experience..if it is fried you can eat it..if it is boiled look inside first :) My lady could pick a tilapia down to the smallest bones and skull in about 10 minutes and still want more rice. Salamat Sister ..lov ya !
Hi @JT Miller thats right! You should know how a raw food looks like when its fresh or rotten. When its fried, bacteria dies. If its boiled, thats right take a look, smell it, you'll definitely know if its good or not. and yes we do love rice! 😅 thanks for watching! ☺️💗🍿🥭
I was born and grew up in Old Sta. Mesa just before the San Juan bridge. Behind the Caltex gas station. There were kang kong farming there way back in 1960's to 1970's. And rice fields way at the back just before Morning Side subdivision back then. Now they are all houses and small streets. Take care and God bless from Oakville, Ontario, Canada.👍👍
I was born and grew up in V. Mapa Sta Mesa.corner of Ramon Magsaysay. Now, it is called proper to San Juan. Are you talking about the Guadalcanal street where they had waterlillies around the homes sitting in the water? What is your street? Mine was Pagasa St, behind us was Reposo then. October 2, 2023 Monday from California USA 🇺🇸
Ako i grow up in San Juan City na daw🙄 bongga na ung San Juan Metro Manila. Lht kmi nagtinda pa kmi sa may tabi ng kalsda pero sa hauz nmn nillu2 bawal magluto sa pwes2. Kya miss kna ung lugar kung kami naglakihan. Now im here in Deutschland, here my neue Heimat, but my Culture still pinoy natural. Lm ko yang mga places na yan sa De Ocampo ako nag Coll then sa UM ako nag Grad nmn. Well thank you for sharing ur Tour Godbless always 🙂👍🇩🇪 🇵🇭
Hi @Tommy Johansen its actually 4k. However, youtube is too slow in processing it. so if you watch it on the first hour, you'll only have 360p. Try watching it now, you'll be able to choose 2160 (4k) now 🎉
I have been watching her videos for some time and there enjoyable. They remind me of the time I spent in Manila. Does Manila girl ever appear in her videos?
Hi @craig farber wow thanks i appreciate that! You won't see me here 😅 but i have an old channel with the link in the description box. However, there are no translations there 😅 thanks for watching! ☺️💗🍿🥭
@@manilagirltours8940 I love watching your videos, however this one was recorded at 360p, kinda blurry but it's watchable. The Auto( 1440p60) is so much better resolution. Thank you so much and be safe my friend! 🫂
@@jessejoe7216 it is actually 4k resolution. However, in the first hour, it is 360p because youtube is processing 4k too slow. try watching it again, you'll mow have the 2160 (4k) option ☺️
I studied at de Ocampo hospital which is located in Santa mesa and I don't recognize any of those places you're walking thru anymore I left Philippines 1975 my last visit was 1989...
Well I would certainly hate to be a power or cable utility lineman looking at the cables overhead anyways I totally wish I would win the lottery here when its at a record high would love to move there an renovate some of the slums I have seen, to be honest it would be hard for me to decide who and where to renovate because even the cheapest renovation i could think of even with the lottery I would still fall way short of those that need it an would feel helpless but would certainly push for community support with trash clearing as its bad in the slums. For me its so interesting to see where and how people improvise and cope with their environment but I for one am happy to see smiles on kids as they play, be it a lack of tech, power or internet im also happy to not see kids and teens glued to game systems or phones. Much love from America hope everyone is happy and healthy.
Thank you @manilagirl.Have you ever eaten the fried chicken intestine's?..I can't imagine how they must taste hahaha. What does it mean when somebody says " salamat po" ?
Hi @Steve Gore oh i love the chicken intestines 😅 some sell it without flour, when it will be grilled, some sell it with flour when it will be fried. The taste outside depends on what is the sauce the seller is putting there when they are cooking it. The taste of the inside?.. Hmm.. nothing much, but its texture will challenge you. Its like a soybean paste texture inside. And by the way, SALAMAT PO means thank you (with a touch of some respect - the "PO")
