Walk in RIO TINTO a river with SULFIDES AND HEAVY METALS in HUELVA🇪🇸SPAIN 

This is a river with unique characteristics in the world, where only a few organisms are able to live in it. Studied by scientists from all over the world and even the NASA, which studied the area because of the extreme conditions similar to those found on Mars by the Curiosity rover. In this walk I show you just a portion of this river, which runs for more than 100 kilometers through the province of Huelva, Spain, rising in the Padre Caro Mountain Range, from where the river is born from the ground with that characteristic color due to the presence in the subsoil of sulfates and other remains of heavy metals.
