After episode 2 part 1 we decided to put those conversations into action. Two days after we shot part 1 we met with creatives to now start putting into action the solutions. This is a long term thing and we want to build long term actionable relegations with our young creatives who have been kept out of the space and not been allowed to grow.

I'll follow you, Duduzane I sense you will do things WAAAAY!!! Better than the current guy on the seat. The standards have been lowered to the lowest point ever, so any incremental emprovement is monumental. So leadership, everyone will love you if you emprove things FOR THE YOUTH, GOODNESS!!!! I bumped onto this by mistake and all l can say is, Ethekwini/SA you're so lucky to have such a team (Walk it Talk it) putting an effort towards molding and shaping your possible or future legacies. I hope and pray for a day in the future when this team can also cross boarders. Sometimes the assistance individuals need is not funding (though money is good). Sometimes its all about having (local/regional) role models who have walked the talk and are able to inspire and then lead as well. I'm following all the way from Zimbabwe, eagerly waiting for the next episodes . Congratulations team, keep the conversations going.

I know they are starting and probably they are limited resources but the sound quality is compromising the important information shared on the podcast but great work keep it up
