Glad to see Beard Guy got the greatest of applauses, every time. The world was more beautiful when he was here. Lucky we can still enjoy vids like this, and pretend for a few moments he still is.
This band can be described as nothing more then amazing. There authenticity is beautiful, there attention to sound is complete, there ability to both play, and give there all, to the music and each other is beautifully executed. There not cheesy or patronising, ego defined or forceful. They are just committed to making music that expresses there true sprit. To the utmost of there emcee talent. I can’t wait, until they begin roaring again,. They leave me with nothing but the sweet feeling of joy, admiration, gratitude, and excitement. They are truly remarkable in there quite obvious, loving expressions of sound. If you read this “walk the Earth” please come to london when you can!! We need you ability to invoke joy, so badly. With grand affection.. a huge fan
@@garygetty2283 ..i only learned of this group during the Pandemic last year. And recently came across the report of Mike's (Beard Guy) passing. Sad. RIP 💜🌿💜 (i am older, but traverse all music genre when I have time. Which was what I had plenty of time for during the Virus Spread a ND Lock Down) Caught up on a lot of the music I just now heard for the 1st time. 😎
just stumbled on these folks. just amazing. beautiful harmonies, Sing it All Away and Rule the World are my 2 favorites but really enjoying all of their stuff.
Everybody ???? No , not everybody , only the mentally retarded uhhh something so stupid , what is missing is people with real talent and a crowd that knows what is real talent .
@Hajiii Bunny if he died than the band will stop ,right ?? Please tell us they will stop this crap they think is great because a bunch of people while so high couldn't care less if it is real music of just a bunch of noise put together being demonstrated on stage. Sorry for the life of beard guy as you guys call him, but sadly what was dead all along in their shows was real music.
Hey guys (and gals). I've been an amateur musician for 31 years, since I got a Fender Squire Bass and Bassman 20 watt amp for my 14th birthday and in that time I've never come across a band like you. I got into you guys just 2 years ago from RU-vid and was amazed I hadn't found you sooner. I'm an instrumental purist, i.e. I want a guitar, not a synth that sounds like a guitar. I hated the 80's new wave because anyone with a DX-7 thought they owned the world. Then the 90's brought sampling and rave music. The 20-ought's brought ridiculous voice pitch and rhythm sequencing. Now the new decade gives us realtime worldwide tech. Don't get me wrong, there were good musicians in every genre and decade, but no one really broke new ground. They were hung up on the gimmicks of the day and used them as a crutch to make so much bad music. Look at Judas Priests "Turbo" album for example - it's unlistenable these days but Stained Class still sounds awesome. So, what I'm getting at is that I appreciate your creativity because you are the first band that I am seeing who is using ALL the technology available in a way that enhances what you are doing. Yes, you bang on guitars, break glass, record water splashes, use "smack-clappers" and beat boxers etc, But you are using these things in a way that does not rely on the gimmick of them but harnesses the sounds as an integral part of a larger score. It's very reminiscent of Frank Zappa, Anderson Bruford Wakeman and Howe, Peter Gabriel and Paul Simon. Beyond that I love that you have singers with very different timbres. It allows as much variation as the found object instruments you use. Having multiple people in a band who can carry the lead is a blessing. Just look at The Eagles for example. They were able to have many different sounds, but, like you, they always new when the song came on who it was. I'm sorry this has gotten long, but I want you to understand that every musician I know loves you guys as much as me. Whatever kind of music we are into, we all appreciate and dig what you are doing. We love the way you experiment WITH PURPOSE to build great songs. I really have a ton of respect for you all and hope you can stay a "family" as you seem to be from the outside. Peec, Neverman P.S. Please contact me if you need any help getting venues in the Tampa, St. Pete, Bradenton, Sarasota areas. I have several union insiders.
Thanks for this, made me feel good about being a human, and about being a human living in the same area of the planet as you folks. Keep on rockin' in the free world. Ever thought about doing some older hippie type tunes? I have seen your Beatles history, very cool. Again thanks
