Hi im new to your channel but im sure that the show of show was amazing, i saw your couple of video's that you put out were so much fun to watch i was fascinated by the bomber jacket that you bought with the airbourne patch that was so amazing! I love it so much!!!

I've been going to Militaria/Gun shows for a long time and things have never changed. You run into A-holes, know-it-all's, and dealers with crazy prices.

That seller should have informed the other guy that he had already struck a deal with you.

As posted on Part I, I enjoy the walk throughs, but my goodness, as time goes by some of the items are priced way beyond the average person's wallet. There may be bargains, but I wouldn't expect to find them here. However, what one can find, and what I'd definitely look for are connections. You never know when someone that has collected in your area might have other resources. You have to remember, many of these people make their living at these shows, so go in armed with the knowledge, but thoughtful as to what you are willing to pay.

I just discovered your videos the other day and just wanted to say they are awesome. I have been in the military hobby for about 10 years now and a few things that I have learned over the years is that the Airborne collectors are usually the A holes of the community. Now obviously I cant speek for everyone and i am just going off my past experiences but for some reason they all seem to be the self proclaimed know it all's and want everything given to them. The sad part of all this is that most of these people are well known and respected collectors who have big money to spend so they shove the smaller People out of the way. I also noticed in one videos you said you are a uniform guy. Unfortunately and maybe its just me i tend to stay away from the Uniforms and anyone can do up a uniform and pass it off as something its not. And this is why i tend to stick to the loose medals and insignia. Now i dont know where you are from however there's several good military shows in Ohio over the course of the year. I know the one I go to the most is in Findlay OH and that one is the 17th to the 19th of May at the Fairgrounds. They normally have between 300 to 350 tables of military and everything in between. I will say i have had better luck at these smaller shows then the larger shows just due to the nature of the dealers who set up. A lot of them are from the local are or surrounding states and thus you are able to get better deals on some things. Also some of these dealers are getting their hands on stuff from estate sales and other local sales so you see stuff that hasn't been touched in years in some cases.

The buyer that offered a higher price in front of you was wrong, that is something collectors should learn early on, do not interfere with a deal in progress.

the things i see from your videos are too many pieced together uniforms and too many camoed helmets after ww2. but i liked your video
