@20:23, I love the way the Swiss make a small wall, but don't make it 6' high to stop idiots falling down onto the ground below or the river from this famous view point! It's called 'personal responsibility' ... something the Swiss are good at, which accounts for their wealthy, but modest culture.

The Swiss are very restrictive on who they allow in to their country. They want to, and do want to keep their country free of endless immigration from people from dysfunctional cultures who want to simply improve their living standards by moving to a 1st world country.

Are you seriously asking that? Go to your local Swiss embassy to ask. Switzerland does not want people from 3rd world corrupt dysfunctional countries, and they are strict about who they let in, and never give out passports easily.
