I managed to go for a walk up to the Neilston Pad, in East Renfrewshire. The Pad, is the remains of a volcanic plug, and even though I didn't manage to get to the summit on this visit, I am planning on going on a return visit. Hopefully, I'll get to the summit then.

When u was a kid me my sister and dad every Sunday used to walk up the pad thanks brought bk a lot of good memories

I grew up in the village. I always remember going for walks up to the Pad as well. I'm glad that I was able to bring back some happy memories.
