I tell you what, you are a good videographer and a good lorry driver, I love the quality of the footage and I love the camera angles and placements of the camera, and as far as the driving goes, there were plenty blindside reverses there and they were all done beautifully, at one point at 13:25 it looked like you were coming in too tight but you had it all under control.
One of, if not the best so far! I can see skip work giving good experience, dropping it where the customer wants it, and then collecting it - possibly after the customer has moved it from where it was dropped!
Well done on the reversing of the Artic, some drivers with years of experience would struggle with some of those blind sides.Back on the skips it is then Chick lol.👍
Good job, welcome to FH4 world,. your lucky that you have a good setup of companies down there,. ive seen a lot of sh#t holes that deal in recycling,. reversing that outfit with the unit tag axle up or down makes a big difference loaded/empty, ive got the centre lift on mine which isn't bad, but not as handy as your rear lift tag,.i,m surprised your not raving over a 500hp dual clutch volvo, must love the FM,?,..Cheers SC,.
Thankyou! Yes I was very lucky! The truck was lovely to drive, trailer as well both only 1year old so very nice but of kit, I should have pointed that out really.. made me look good 😂😂 but yes I’m afraid I’m more than happy with my FM! ❤️
Well done on that reversing, I find the further back the trailer axles, on farm trailers, the easier they are to reverse, I am definitely looking to do skip work when I have passed my class 2, may go back to scrapyard as I know what I am doing around metal recycling, even did cutting with oxy propane torch and got put in the crane with the magnet on it at emr, got Thomas's at Glastonbury to enquire at. Stay safe and see you in the next video
Yeap definitely true with trailers. It comes round smoother whereas the small trailers do what they want 😂 that’s awesome. It’s what you know and great fun. 🤞there is something for you at EMR. I bet that was pretty cool especially playing in the crane ❤️
@@SkipChickSW yes it was, bit scarey when the magnet started swinging towards the cab though! There is a metal recycling company over Glastonbury that I will try and find and see if I can get any work experience with them
Hey there is that annoying sound the lane warning that keeps going off? Never realised you had to push the headboard back manually these days. You were on about all driving jobs being dirty in some respects well I reckon us tipper men should be the cleanest, backdoor all cab operated, sheet cab operated, if only we didn't have to get out on mucky sites we could do our job in our Sunday best! All the best.
Hey yes that was the lane warning, I was taking everything wide 😂 you would think it was electric as it’s such a new trailer. I didn’t really think about tippers when I said that… it’s pretty much true unless your a tipper 😊
