my favorite little beach is that public beach through the archway . i LOVE Antibes. after traveling north in the mountains w a friend we spent our last weekend here. it was my favorite part of our france trip. i want to go back and this is exactly where!!! Thank You! we were lucky to meet a public school teacher on our last friday who took us in her car! to park she knew where! to old town. there was no way we would know how to get there. one way streets etc. then we started on foot and on her suggestion went to the picasso museum next to that church. we could not go in the church a wedding was going on but she gave us an hour to see the museum and then she walked us thru the ally ways to a square where we ate lunch. since she was a teacher she knew the best food , least money place. i will NEVER for get that day. it was my highlight . we met up other strangers from usa ! on our walk to eat who came with us and in the end for lunch a nice large table filled with nice people. a festival was readying with little kids mounting fresh flowers on a float turns out they were children of an american living there who sat with us w his essepro ! FANTASTIC

I loved my first visit to Antibes, and am thankful to revisit with you. I loved the Picasso museum, all the restaurants, shops and art galleries.. I found the most amazing book called “ The Most Beautiful Villages In Provence”, and have enjoyed it these many years later. We also enjoyed the men playing boules, and the sea view. Fun to see how we always travelled before many people found these towns. It’s a walk down memory lane visiting with you and your family.
I have really been loving your life!It is amazing how clean every thing is,beautiful.These places make USA look like a dump,I never go into the cities here.
Many thanks for your videos of all the beautiful towns in the French Riviera! I am planning a long trip to visit Cannes and Antibes during the winter. Will these 2 places be kind of like “ghost towns” in winter? Will most of the shops (supermarkets, restaurants) be closed during the winter months ? 😊

Ohh...the couple is walking a GALGO ❤ (hunting Greyhounds esp in Spain that are abused horribly and some people rescue them) I adopted two Galgos discarded by their cruel Galgueros as well!

^Hi again! Okay.... would you pick Antibes or St. Tropez for the day? I wanted to do both from Nice. But, after looking i realized it's longer to get there from Nice( best way is to do the ferry that takes 2.5 hours!). Do you think 1. Cannes and Antibes would be good or just St. Tropez for a day? SO hard to pick lol
