Bairros e cidades ricas nao tem gente nas ruas. Eles estao muito ocupados,estudando,praticando esportes ,viajando, fazendo ginnastica, lendo livros,pintando. Estao dentro das universidades ou nos hoteis durante o fim de semana. Aprendem a pilotare elicopero,aviao,barcos etc. Eles nao tem tempo para girar inutilmente.
