Nice to see, but Glasgow City Region has 1.8 Million People and is enormous, yet once again the rest of the City is rarely seen, just saying. 😎 from Glasgow 🇬🇧
If you look at these students, you can see exactly how much of a state Scottish education is in. Free tuition fees are great....as long as paid overseas students dont take precedence, leaving Scottish students fighting over whats left. Experienced it first hand myself. SNP for you.
Yes, demolished in the 90's. An elegant crescent that ended up filled with the destitute. It is funny it is even called Eldon Street anymore when it isn't even there.
I’d eat my lunch from catch fish and chips 🥹 and end the walk with ice cream from minted and have a wee time sitting in the botanics 😭 I bloody miss Glasgow
I left Glasgow in 1955. Best thing I ever did. Can't stand to see all the rubbish bins around this once good neighbourhood and the trashy look of the place now. So sad.
Don't want to come across as a curmudgeon, but I completely agree, and only live 10 miles outside of the place now. I was brought up there and don't kid myself that the West End has died for many many reasons. I would say in the late 80's, it truly began, But for purists, probably the 70s. No beauty left except for the fantastic buildings, NOT the people who trawl about like complete fuds and have ruined the place. Many interesting people used to live there, now the awful modern fucking blow-ins have brought cultural destruction.
Amazing the number of ignorant people that you had to step to one side out of their way. A lot of them appeared to be Glasgow Uni students which isn’t a great endorsement for the university. Just pig ignorance. Enjoyed the video though.
Holy Shite, not what it used to be. It looks horrible now. Nobody seems human compared to when I was brought up there in the 70's/80's/90's. Now a global generic zombie land. Where can you go now my hearts?
why do students always dress like people from watt tylers peasant revolt .is it because they think they are all cool and bohemian in their style choices
