Very lovely videos! Enjoying watching them. I am wanting to make a scouting trip for consideration of a retirement location. I was wondering where to check for more affordable rent nearby. Any suggestions? Walkable cities with train/bus access is preferable. Love the colorful buildings of Menton and that it’s close to Italy. ❤❤
I stopped at 0.48 minutes and watched the video because the mountains and its surroundings are just like my hometown... I even missed looking at the mountains, I even called my mother. I said, "Did you miss HATAY, come and look, I thought it was there when I showed you the mountains". We are not in Hatay because there was a huge earthquake and Antakya (ancient Antakya) was destroyed. Since it was a French colony after the Ottoman Empire, it had a lot of French influence in its architecture, so it looks a lot like these cities. Thank you so much for making us feel like in our city.
I fell in love with Provence cooking in the Luberon as part of my Chef training. Thank you for making some excellent!!!!!! videos. They are true "Provence Crack". Often at night, when I am tired Chef, I look at the beautiful videos. Finally I will be back in the South of France working and training again. Thanks for the videos. They sustain me, your love and understanding of this place and way of life really shows.
Hi, yes, sure! I was without the car first few months too, when I moved to Menton. If you live close to the sea in Menton, everything is in walking distance, then if you need to go to Nice or Monaco or somewhere else you can go very very easily by train.
