what a freaking dream…. I wrote in my blank journal beginning of this year some of my goals big and small, personal and work, and everything in between with no clue that I’ve nearly checked off 80% of those things thus far. I am so proud of myself and proud to show the highs and lows of my week of fashion shows. The lows make you appreciate the highs and being real and not hiding the lows will serve me and make me stronger in my life… I owe it to myself to be the real me despite the vulnerable moments. Ellie you did so well I’m so proud 😭 I’m glad you spoke on your panic attack because it’s so relatable. Networking events are so stressful and usually I prefer to have a buddy with me because when I do it alone, I end up in the bathroom feeling nervous or just going home. Your emotions are important and I’m glad you had a blast! 💖💖

Ellie, you're drinking SOOOOO much caffeine! As a fellow person with an anxiety disorder, I quit coffee and energy drinks back in 2019 and I'll never look back. My caffeine intake is based on matcha nowadays (which does not make me anxious) and I'll let myself have only 2 matcha drinks a day (otherwise it can be too much caffeine for me). You're drinking so much coffee and redbulls... it gives me a panic attack just watching it lol. No judgment at all, I'm just letting you know what worked for me and giving you this tip. All the caffeine you're consuming is exacerbating your anxiety.

Anxiety attacks are the worst thing on planet earth & they tire you out SO much. Sorry you have to deal with that, but so proud of you for walking!!! xx p.s. Medication helped me SO much with attacks & I haven't had one in 2 years. Maybe that could help you? Sending lots of love
