Walking in the Rain WIP & Waffle | DAS Diamond Painting 

Hi Rebecca and everyone. 👋 I had an idea for the June event A MYSTERY!? Not the traditional kind but have hubby or kids pick out a 30 x 40 painting and cover it in sections so it is a surprise for you and us. Just thought it would be fun to mix it up a bit.

Love watching this Waffle! Walking in the rain is beautiful and I can't wait to see it finished! Today is another waffle I have to just watch and not diamond paint. Yesterday I had a Radio Frequency Ablation in my back for my chronic back pain so Im having a lot of back pain while my nerves settle down from it so I can't get in position to paint. Between that and my daily debilitating migraines, I haven't gotten any diamond painting done in the past week. I hope you and everyone else have a wonderful week and weekend coming up. Hello Rebecca just want to say thank you for another addiction, the J.D Robb series. Just started a couple weeks ago and am all ready on book 4 and I am reading them not listening. Hi Rebecca. For the June Waffle I suggest you find your oldest 40 x 50 and do that one.

I will be finishing the DAS advent calendar tomorrow. Have 2 squares left and looking forward to getting it completed. THEN I will get back to my fall painting I started in October. I did the AMZ advent event in December while I was still working and attached the paintings to the wall calendar. I discovered another difference between US and UK…calendars in US are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Your calendar has Saturday and Sunday at the end of the week. Threw me for a loop when I first saw that! I knew my last day of work was Friday, January 12. 🥳 I went to write it on my AMZ calendar and wondered why your calendar made that date look like a Thursday! I thought I was losing my mind! 😂🤪

This is quite the endeavor. I don't know if I'm a little jealous or just in awe that you're doing a painting with that many colors. I'm not sure I would have that in me to do. As for June, I'm on the 30 x 40 train. I just like seeing it all come together during the month. But, I'm also on the train that I will watch whatever you choose to do...lol. It's just a very fun event, so it doesn't matter. Thank you so much for sharing!

I vote for a 40 x 30. I love watching a painting being slowly revealed.

Love this and also have it in my stash. Talking about birthday wrapping Jay decided the other year he wanted all birthday and Xmas to be wrapped in brown paper as he loves it after getting kits from Diamond art studio 😂. Also I found when I worked on Outside the sweet shop I took a photo of the legend and printed off to help look at the symbols especially once further on the canvas and couldn't see it on the sides, it really helped alot. Can't wait to see this completed great wip n waffle as always x

I’m nearly caught up after my Add More Zest weekend! I started On the Last Day by Hafsa Idrees today. Your latest painting was next but I got this one for Christmas from my sister and it’s jumped the queue 🤣 I got Night Messenger by Eszter Anna Vörös from my niece and nephew and that is probably going to be next. I think I’ll end up doing your calendar painting for June Waffle at this rate! Hope everyone has a lovely day x

I have got a blank canvas from Jaded Gem Shop, it is poured glue, thick clear cover, and grided by 10's. I would highly recommend her.

for the name of the day, Testy Wip Thursdays? II like the 30X40 random sections picked by the decision wheel.

If your asking what we would prefer over June I would go for a 40 x 30 as most of us have a 40 x 30 in our stash to join in. Or like last year finishing up things that are outstanding.

for june i think the paintgem minis would be fun as we only see you kit them up or down never actually complete them where as on waffles we get full paintings

I am also doing mini beautiful light. Love it. It doesn't matter to me for the June waffle.

I'm using Evermoment for the mini Beautiful Light and the lines are Light gray. It is an adjustment since they have numbers 1 - 10 across and down. Nothing is showing through and the drills are awesome. Go for it. You'll not be sorry. It is turning out beautiful.

I'm not doing my Walking in the Rain with you yet, but I will as soon as I've finished Flower Delivery from DAC.. I waited months to get it so it jumped the queue as I want to get it hung on the lounge wall ASAP 🥰 As for the June event, I'll probably be working on my WIP as I'm planning to change up all my lounge wall paintings into themes about every six months .. I have the space for 9 large paintings at a time 😅😅 Though I maybe being a bit ambitious 🤣🤣 🥰💚

I started on walking in the rain today. I sectioned it off for my frame of 20x30 & cut off some of the canvas before starting drilling. No hate please.

I work very hard so I reward myself with a new canvas or 2 except my stash is a bit mahoosive! Right now 😂

Hi Rebecca do your current wipes then you can put them OT rest and start a new lot. I am having trouble with doing my painting the people's that are in the nursing home keep saying you have not finished it yet .and it's almost got me to stop doing it , have you any suggestions on how to get keep my hobby going love your channel.
