I know LA has a lot of haters, but how can you NOT love this place? I miss things like this where I live now. Glad i got to experience it when I lived there, although did not have all these restetuants back then.

I think a lot of the haters are just people who 1. Haven't even been to LA before and are just repeating what other people have said 2. Have only been to super touristy areas like hollywood. LA is HUGE with many neighborhoods and places to go.

The haters are there because Los Angeles is not the best place to be lonley sense its so huge im homelesss an lonley rn in LA but i don't hate on no one cause God blessed me with putting me in this beautiful city LA has the best views an people then the whole world obviously theere will always be negativity it cant get me tho I'm super thankful for being a LA native ai love LA so much ❤

Was this there 2 weeks ago with my beautiful daughter!!! I am crying tears of joy. I had not seen her in 18 months, and this is one of the 1st places we went to. Now I am back in NYC where I watch you walk the city. Thx so much for these!! NYC Mom loving her LA children!

Fun fact: the people that designed the Grove are the same that designed the Disney parks and downtown area that's why they look similar. For instance that gas station at 1:55 you'll find a similar one in DCA.

AK - Another great video. My mother and I lived on Hauser Blvd. Los Angeles in 1967 when we arrived from NY. We used to go to the Farmer's Market - which was 10 minutes from our apartment (one of those tall brick buildings.) The Farmers Market was a lot smaller then - and way before The Grove was built. We were very poor in those days - but prices of everything was so low - we didn't even know we were poor. I'm sending this video to a male friend since I know he'll enjoy it - and ur other ones. Thanks for the tour!!!!!

This area was affected in 2020 during the protests, but I'm glad to see the shops are open again. Really enjoyed the live band's 🎶, and the food at the Farmer's Market look delicious! Thank you for another great video, AK!! 😎👍

This place is like a mini Las Vegas. I actually had a deja vu when you first entered the market (don't know what that was about) :-) I'm being drawn to the West Coast for sure, and this was just another sign that I need to go there. Not to get too political, but maybe I should go there to avoid the kind of people who say we should avoid going there. ;-) If I were younger there'd be no doubt. But I've got a mortgage and tenants and pets...LOL. We'll see what happens. I wanted to move to Puerto Rico right before the hurricane. Coasts aren't for security.

The Farmers Market is a popular place for the locals to have lunch and shop. The market was always very crowded and people had to hunt for a place to sit down and eat. Now with Covid, the market looks very different.

You can't. It is only in the Grove. Goes from the tip of farmers market around the fountain and to storage. It's very very short, but it goes so slow that it seems longer.
