I was amazed how few fans were in "cosplay". This is the lowest percentage I've seen at one of these conventions. This had the feel of a more traditional, true comic book convention. This is the kind of show I would have liked to attend, just to see if I can find some of the rare comic books that I can't find anywhere else. (specifically, "The Greatest American Hero" by "Catastrophic Comics". This was a great tour, Lots of comic book vendors. Thanks for posting!
Thanks so much for these walks around NYCC - it was like being there, but without the impulse buy temptations haha! Nice to see the denser areas and cosplays without the buffering you encountered as it got busier
Went to SDCC 2010 when it had a record number of people. I went to NYCC 2013 and 2014, when one of those years it set its record high also (at that time at least). I am glad I went then, because, for a Friday, that looked sparse, lacking spirit and very very sad.....
Hey that me in my great responsibility suit I look so cool I was so happy just to be there I had a great time this year and to see everything and everyone come with there best cosplay was really cool see you all next year at comic con positive vibes love you 3000
I was there on Friday too!! I was SOOO glad to be back. I felt 100% safe, there wasn't a thing to worry about. They really thought this through, and succeeded. Looking forward to 2022 con.....hopefully maskLESS🙏🙏🙏!......ANIMENYC is next in. November!!😁😁😁
This is definitely a great video showing an in depth look of NYCC !! You took your time showing everything that's there and thats what it takes in having an awesome video !! Thank you for showing us the experience that we've witnessed !!
It's been great watching these walk around videos. It's crazy seeing so few people. Normally you can barely get through the aisles on the floor on a Friday afternoon. Interested to see the turn out for Saturday
I went on Friday with my friend and it was so much fun, it felt interesting(IN A GOOD WAY I LOVED IT WHEN PEOPLE DID THIS) when people complimented me or wanted to take pictures with me I was there from it opening until closing and i kept the wig on the entire time
@@WalkingCommuter I look forward to your videos, the ones who you talk. Not a big fan of the silent film era. When you're talking I can be doing other things and still be paying attention. With a silent video you have to constantly look at the screen and as they say, life is too short.

I’m hoping someone can help me here. This year for comic con in nyc we are required to wear masks. I’m cosplaying as Eric Draven from the crow which involves face paint or makeup (whatever it is). How can I do it and still wear a mask without possibly it smearing or sticking off? Because I have to do the face paint. No doubt about it
How could you walk right pass that stand that had beautiful dark Micheal Myers etc art. There was a bad ass Puerto Rican one right in the middle. That would've been good content 😭
All these ppl pretending to be regular but when they are online they are destroying the media world with gang rants and tons of hacking and cheating online just to win something they are not good at to the point of hacking remotes but can't even hack test scores
