It gladdens my heart greatly as an African to see our brothers and sisters whose ancestors suffered immense and intense degree of atrocities and even the current generation continue to suffer discrimination and all sorts of brutalities be able to come and build homes at a place they belong and it is theirs to enjoy some peace of mind, real sense of autonomy , humanity and dignity. Continue to encourage others to come
Yes that's all natural where you're walking is pure natural, not the concrete jungle in America and uk you see pure Earth 🌍 and motherland sand and natural ground with bushes and grass beautiful landscapes ❤❤
Great video! I understand better about Asebu and the proximity of the area. I love ya'll energy and the happiness you feel while in Ghana. May God continue blessing the both of you.❤🙏🏾
You should get that lady contact, its seems she have some experience with building and stuffs and can give some good advice when its comes to building.
Brothers and sisters, remember that just building a house is not adequate. You have to think of infrastructure such as roads, water and sewer electricity, and street lights. You are building a community so you have to think of these utilities to be self-sufficient.
@BlairsNGhana Wellington or water boots, jamaicans say, "I am in phase 2 Asebu, go past Karen till you get where they make palm drink, lovely it was, am in the UK loving your vibes..
It's according to your house size and needs there's no specific price plus the cost fluctuates. We started when the prices of material were lower. Since we're not done, I can't give you a price.
Hi Blairs...nice seeing you Brothers and Sisters meeting up with the other expats!!! How often do you guys go to Ghana to check on your land? Seems like you guys were just there not that long ago
We are in the country so everything is organic you buy groceries at the market, on the road or grow what you eat. You can drive 25 minutes to Melcom store. Hospitals are 20 -30 minutes away. Clinics are closer. The airport is 3 hrs away as of now.
Can you guys, at least, refer to people older than you as Miss or Mister? You are In Africa! Have you ever met anyone over there just stumping on elders like that. Thanks
Who stomping on the elders? What are you even talking about? We're not disrespecting anyone. It's a bunch of things we have to learn being in a foreign place vice versa. Nobody's perfect. Thanks 🤦🏿 And we actually know Karen 🤣
@@BlairsNGhana These are some of the challenges you face when you are come to the motherland, the culture is different from yours so please don't be surprised or offended by anything of the FIVE senses (I hope you understand what I mean about the Five senses). Therefore I'm encouraging you to mingle with the people as Aleta has done and you will survive and succeed. You are father ABRAHAM'S descendants.
@isaacosei6295 Thanks Issac overtime we'll learn the traditions once we move to Ghana. I'm just shocked how people assume things about people from video clips. Instead of enjoying the video, she was looking to find something negative to say when all the other comments were positive. We're very respectful, so it rubbed me the wrong way.
Please the blairs don't even worry about the comment here . sometimes you see some comment and you are angry because it's so ridiculous but when you really see the person behind it you feel at ease and it's not even true that calling an elderly person Mr /Mrs here necessarily shows you're being respectful because what's the point if your actions say otherwise
