I had pregnancy insomnia with both of mine and my goodness it sucks , and then if I was lucky enough to sleep better I'd wake up to wee and then have to readjust mine mountain of maternity pillows to get comfy again 🤣 oh the joys x

I cannot tell you how many times I’ve forgotten to put on mascara and stopped at a store on my way to work to buy an emergency tube. I now keep an extra unopened tube in my car for emergencies only!

Fleur, have you tried the Relax Melodies app? It’s amazing... especially the Zen option. You are restless for the first 10 mins, but then it kicks in and you sleep so soundly.
